A real debate

The propaganda in the United States is so thick, so rampant, so all consuming, that until you unplug yourself from the television, and disconnect from your previous assumptions  you will never awake to the reality that both parties are essentially the same, and that both presidential candidates are bought and paid for corporate stooges.

The whole idea that Barack Obama is a socialist is laughable at this point. I mean; so what? Sure he might be, sure his beliefs might lean that way, but who cares? Do you not think that Obama has been painted as a socialist, and Romney as a capitalist just to give the media talking points and to distract and divide the public? When you look at the numbers; Obama’s administration has been little more than a continuation of big government Bush era policies. When it comes down to it he is little more than a bought and paid puppet. By comparison; so is Mitt Romney. Neither candidate stands for freedoms or capitalism. Both are corporatists who crave money and power.

It truly is shocking to realize that both candidates are just pawns in a bigger chess game, and that the voting public are little more than mindless sheep who have been led to believe that there is a difference, and that if they don’t vote for the lesser of two evils; they will bring about an end to freedom. What they don’t realize is that by voting for the lesser of two evils in the past; they have brought about the end of freedom already.

Freedom is dead. You’d better wake up soon and start fighting for it, otherwise it will never come back. The fight for freedom goes far beyond party differences. You must wake from within first.

The following link is a transcript from a real presidential debate between Gary Johnson and Jill Stein:

http://ivn.us/editors-blog/2012/10/19/jill-stein-and-gary-johnson-debate-transcript/

So while you’re watching the debate tonight just look to see if the two candidates talk about these things:

Ending the wars

Balancing the budget in 2013

Ending the Federal Reserve

Restoring a Gold Standard currency

Restoring our civil liberties and freedoms

Repealing the patriot act, the NDAA act, the TSA and homeland security

Cutting out agencies that are needless and too expensive

Or how about just having a basic plan to balance the budget right now, instead of allowing a monetary collapse or a wider war in the middle east.

I doubt any of this will be covered. But go ahead and get upset at Obama for ignoring Romney, or annoyed at Mitt for not pushing Obama. They’re both sellouts and they don’t care about you, me, or this country. They care about money and power and nothing else.

So if you’re planning on watching the debate; try watching it from an unbiased viewpoint, with the constitution in mind, and you’ll soon see that everything going on right now from the contenders to the media is all a huge chess game with you and everyone else as a pawn.

The battle for freedom will not be won by partisan hacks or politics as usual. It will not be won by democrats or republicans. The real debates won’t be left vs right, but will be about individuals vs the state. Freedom will be won by those who stick to principles.

Sold down the river

When I moved here I was sold on the idea of freedom.

The United States of America as it stands today; is not a free country.

Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan are not going to save this nation. These two men are parasites. Mitt Romney is not a great businessman; he is a looter of the highest caliber. Paul Ryan is not a great Ayn Rand prodigy; he is a moocher. Paul Ryan practically begged for the auto bailouts which Obama has been ridiculed for over the last four years. There is no clear evidence to prove there is any real difference in policy between a Romney and an Obama administration. Both men support more government, both men will destroy this country.

It is upsetting and infuriating to see people around you who believe in freedom, and yet do not know that they are part of the wall that separates all of us from it.

When it comes to spending and debt; wars are the highest cost. You cannot be pro liberty and pro war at the same time.

You cannot say that you believe in liberty and freedom of choice and be against legalizing drugs.

You cannot be for fiscal and personal responsibility and argue for different forms of medicare/Medicaid and social security.

It is up to individuals to make their own choices in life. If they make bad choices; they should pay the consequences. It is not up to me, you or big brother government to enforce our opinions on others. I do not want the DEA breaking down my door and shooting my dog because they got the wrong house on some stupid drug raid. I do not want my friends killed in some foreign land so that corrupt politicians can make a profit on an out dated fossil fuel. I do not want my wife grouped at an airport so that a corrupt company can make money on cancer giving body scanners. I want to be left the hell alone so that I can live my life as I see fit in my own way. That is what I thought this country was about. But apparently I was wrong. And the upsetting part is that so many people are so plugged into the system that they’ll even fight for bad parts of it, just so that other parts can’t gain control. But you know what? When you fight for evil; evil prospers. You cannot win in a rigged game.

When I first moved here I thought this country had avoided the pitfall of socialism and that freedom was flourishing. Unfortunately I found out that both Britain and America have both thrust themselves headlong down the path of totalitarianism. What a tragedy for all the brave men and women, for all the families of those who died in the last world war who thought they were fighting to preserve freedom and democracy in the world. Well to be fair, perhaps they did, at least for a few decades. But now, things are about as bad as they’ve ever been.

I like my father-in-laws concept (adapted from Nietzsche) about the overman. He calls himself the overman warrior. It means that he has become more than man, better than man if you will, and is a warrior for advancement past the usual pitfalls of life. The overman goes beyond petty emotions and is strong where others are weak. The overman sees through evil and does what is right no matter how great the adversaries.

At the young age of 17 Rich’s first book ‘the symposium of justice’ instilled a lot of great ideals in me. After having read his book, he suggested I read ‘the hero with a thousand faces’ by Joseph Campbell. The top three books that changed my life are Robert Kayosaki’s Rich Dad Poor Dad, Rich Hoffman’s ‘Symposium of Justice’ and Joseph Campbell’s ‘Hero with a thousand faces’. Between these three books during my teenage years, and some other great books since, I have been on a very different path than most. When you add that into having a great wife and having moved to a different country; it all adds up to a very different and very clear set of viewpoints on the world.

I absolutely adore Charlie Chaplin’s speech at the end of ‘the great dictator’. Every single time I watch his speech on YouTube I get a little choked up. How touching and how fitting it is for today’s global society, and how sad it is that it wasn’t paid attention to before all the killing of World War II.

“we don’t want to hate and despise one another…in this world there is room for everyone..” What a wonderful and touching thing to say.

I love capitalism, and when I say that I mean true lassie-fair capitalism. In its raw form it has brought the world from mud huts to skyscrapers, and from sweaty brick homes to air conditioned mansions. In its true form capitalism helps everyone.

I think the general population of the USA is being sold down the river in this election, in the same way they have been for the last few decades. It’s like the south park episode with the douche and the turd. Which crap do you want to vote for most?

I’m happy to report though, that there is a huge groundswell for liberty in this country. I love it’s history. People here have such an individualist attitude. Most people do not want to be told what to do.

There is a third option in this presidential race, and I am proud to say that I support it. I support it in the same way that the founding fathers supported and gave birth to the constitution.

I will help defend this fragile old document, because it is the most important thing worth saving in this country.

All the other subjects being talked about during the debates are just distractions to get you sold down the river.

Distracted and divided

Many people are still playing into the fallacy of republicans vs democrats. Does this really matter when our liberties and free markets are at stake?

There is only one candidate in the race for presidency who is for free markets and freedom, and it’s not Mitt Romney.

I get sad when I see political signs in people’s yards for Obama/Biden, it’s sad when people choose to ignore what’s going on around them. I get equally as sad when I see Romney/Ryan yard signs, because those people have learned nothing either.

I see republicans and democrats fighting over silly little issues when there are much larger ones at stake.

Why is it easier for many conservatives to believe Barack Obama is a communist Muslim, than simply a continuation of George W Bush?

Why is it easier for people to believe Romney is a fiscal conservative for small government, than a continuation of big government under Obama?

Why is it that instead of tackling the biggest deficit issue; which is our military spending and countless wars overseas, we are talking about shaving a hair here or a hair there off medicare and medicaid?

The elephant in the room is certainly the deficit, but you don’t hear about bringing the troops home and ending the massive military spending which is crippling this nation.

Why is it more acceptable to cut education and medicine, than our endless wars? Wouldn’t it be better to bring the troops home, slash military spending, cut taxes across the board and then start chipping away at the other issues? Wouldn’t this be a better way to allow individuals to create jobs?

The debates so far have been a complete farce. Oh sure, Romney and Ryan beat their counterparts, but doesn’t that seem like a hollow victory when they are almost identical in their big government agendas?

When we look at the media we see huge bias from both liberal and conservative news. Even in alternative media we have massive spin and bias stories. I believe people like Glenn Beck are masters of misinformation. Glenn talks of lowering the deficit, and yet shrieks whenever we don’t support Israel. A country which we send billions of dollars to every year.

Glenn protects Israel, which threatens Iran on a daily basis, and holds a stockpile itself of over 100 nuclear weapons. And yet demonizes all the Muslim countries, instead of promoting peace and trade.

Why are we not sitting down and looking at the real problems? Why are we continuing to allow ourselves to be played?

Yes, the liberals are starting to represent communism, but the conservatives are starting to resemble the Nazi’s of 1930’s Germany. Neither is acceptable.

Stop being distracted. Stop blaming each other. Look deeper into the issues. Liberty is at stake.

You are being played. Obedience to ‘the system’ only leads down the road to totalitarianism. Use your own mind.

Both the left and the right are controlled by outside influence. Break free of this system of oppression and form your own opinions.

It is not ‘left vs right’ it is ‘them vs us’. The central banks, and the shady people who control them from behind the scenes are the ones running the show. Stop being distracted. We can beat them, but only if you wake up.

Remember, the banks profited from the bloody wars of the 20th century, while millions were slaughtered. We have not had true capitalism since the early 20th century. Gold backed capitalist societies promote freedom. Endlessly printing paper money only leads to economic collapse and tyranny.

Mitt Romney is not going to save this country. Obama was elected for ‘hope and change’ anyone could pin their ideas to that. The same is true of Mitt Romney; people can pin their belief’s that he is a fiscal Conservative, free market man, and a limited government sponsor. In reality, when you look at the numbers, he is a big government spender, a fascist and a big government sponsor.

The shady flip flop nature of Mitt Romney and Barack Obama, and their media accomplices, help paint a bland picture that you can attach your aspirations to. In reality, they are both continuing the big government programs of the Bush administration. Nothing changes from one administration to the next.

So instead of being distracted and divided, you might want to look at the numbers and what is really going on behind the scenes.

There is a man running who would put a stop to all this, but he will only win if you have the courage to get out and vote for him. Romney will not change anything if elected, so don’t vote for him out of fear for more Obama. While he may be a Muslim or a Marxist, that does not change the fact that he has continued almost all of Bush’s policies, and continued to move us along a path of empire and totalitarianism.

The only way to break free of this is to do something drastic.

I am no longer distracted, and my fellow patriots will not be divided. For my generation it really is liberty or death. So who is brave enough to wake up, smell what’s really cooking, and join us to put a stop to corruption and restore this nation?

What if you all tell your friends what’s really going on, and we all vote for Gary Johnson in November? Will it actually make a difference if you vote for the lesser of two evils? Or will it make a real difference if we vote on principle and advance the cause of liberty?

Better than the debates

I’m not watching the debates for two reasons: one is that I don’t have cable, the second is that I could care less about them. I’m not interested in watching the charade. It’s all staged, and its all fake. There are no hardball issues, and no real solid answers. So what’s the point? But instead of being negative, I’ll just post some humorous videos of Obama and Romney. In many ways these videos are more factual than the men themselves.

Will Obama call you maybe?

Would the real Mitt Romney please stand up:

Barack Obama is here to save the day:

Mitt Romney Style:

Obama didn’t build that:

But to be serious for a minute. The two party system is broken, the country is in shambles, and we are nearing complete destruction:

So you can vote for ‘the lesser of two evils’ (if you can figure out which one that is) or; you could always vote the third option:

If you see the bigger picture, you’ll know how much is really at stake, and that no Romney or Obama candidacy will fix anything. These amazing videos on YouTube, both funny and factual are more informative than any staged debate. They can only show you the door, but to open it; that’s up to you.

Unlearn what you have learned

I have written before how I think that Romney and Obama supporters are suffering from Stockholm syndrome. It really is shocking that they think there is any difference between the two candidates. It is very telling of how terrible Mitt Romney is when his supporters are only voting for him ‘to get rid of Obama’. The man has no character, he has no integrity. He is a complete sellout and a flip flop on almost every issue. And yet this is the great contender that we put up against Barack Obama, who to date has been one of the worst presidents in US history.

Let me tell you this once more. If you vote for Mitt Romney; you will be the one’s voting for Barack Obama. A vote for Mitt Romney is a vote for Obama. I can say that because there are millions of people like myself who are awake now, and refuse to go back to sleep and plug ourselves back into the matrix.

Those who refuse to wake up and smell the stench in the air from both parties are the ones who will continue the status quo.

Do not point fingers at the Ron Paul supporters and the Gary Johnson supporters when their millions of votes upset you next month during the elections. You will be the reason that Barack Obama is re-elected. We have done everything we can to show you what’s really going on. We stand for liberty, we will not be swayed, we will ignite the future.

If you want to make a real difference and take us back to freedom in this country (we do not have it right now) you must unlearn what you have learned.

I have found so many groups which are deeply passionate  but also flawed because they do not go far enough. Full unbridled liberty is the only way forward, not just a shave here or a shave there on taxes. We want to repeal the NDAA, the patriot act, the TSA, homeland security. We want to end the wars, stop the spending, restore value to our currency. We want freedom to flourish so that we might have a chance at building a future.

The pill that has been prescribed to us is ‘the lesser of two evils’. This decades old charade is coming to an end. We are no longer interested in playing these silly games. We want our future back.

Will you make a difference? Will you vote for a candidate of character and integrity? Or will you vote for a sellout just to get rid of the other guy?

Remember, when you vote for someone, you vote for them. Don’t do it just to vote against someone else, that is stupid. The world will never change if you allow yourself to think that way. That is the way the powers that be, want you to think. The men behind the curtain want you to have a choice between poison A and poison B. They do not want you to have a real say in the matter.

Do you honestly believe that Mitt Romney will uphold your values? Do you honestly think he’ll keep his word? Remember that he has changed his position on so many issues so many times, that he’ll practically say anything just to get elected. Will this really help you? Remember that at the RNC many attendees were completely shunned. Do you think it’ll be any better if Romney gets the presidency?

Gary Johnson is gaining momentum. He has all the potential of winning the presidency. The only reason he wont is because of Obama and Romney supporters who refuse to wake up and realize that their parties have abandoned them. Both parties have abandoned principle, and they will leave you hanging out to dry no matter which sell out wins.

So will you unplug yourself from the matrix this November? Will you take a stand? Will you make a difference?

Remember, if your side loses and you voted for ‘the lesser of two evils’ won’t you be even more disappointed in yourself that you didn’t at least make a stand for liberty?

The liberty movement is growing, will you be a part of it?

The debates: wasn’t Obama the lesser of two evils last time?

In the debates tonight, Gary Johnson will not be allowed to debate, but yet all of his supporters are being told that if we do not support Romney, Obama will get back in. If we are a large enough crowd to swing the vote, then why are we not allowed to be represented in the debates? Does this not tell you something? That a large majority is completely ignored and shutdown, and yet is told they must vote for another candidate, or they’ll split the vote?

So which is it? If we are large enough to swing the vote, why can we not have our presidential contender in the debates?

If you are republican; does Romney actually support your views and principles? And if not; will you stand with us, or against us? Since the libertarians represent most republican views and more, why do you not separate yourself from this broken two party system which does not represent you?

Wasn’t Obama the lesser of two evils the first time around?

Obama was supposed to bring the troops home and close Guantanamo Bay. This resonated with many voters.

McCain wanted to continue Bush’s policies, which many people didn’t want. Many people were tired of all the wars and endless bailouts and big government spending.

Judging by his record as governor of Massachusetts; Mitt Romney appears to be no different than Obama or Bush, and would continue all the same evil constitution crushing policies and massive government spending of his predecessors.

Why are we not supporting men of conviction instead? Why are we not supporting men with proven records of keeping their word and keeping the government in check?

Why are we pleading to candidates who act like feudal lords? Why are we choosing ‘the lesser of two evils’ in a vain effort to slow down evil, rather than end it?

When we look to presidents as being all powerful, we look to the main challenger and we ask them to save us. It’s like saying “Oh lord Romney, will you save us from the wrath of King Obama? Will you be good to your loyal subjects? Will you be a better ruler of the masses?” This is a tragic way to go about voting for ‘change’ in any country.

Why don’t we stand on our own two feet and vote on principle instead?

Why are we allowing ourselves to be guided by fears instead of convictions? Why are we not acting as the founding fathers did?

As far as electing president; Gary Johnson is our only real hope to make a difference in this election, and he should be allowed to debate the other two contenders.

Presidential Debate 2012: Gary Johnson Support Grows, Sponsors Pull Out to Protest Exclusion of Libertarians

Both President Barack Obama and Republican presidential nominee are gearing up for their first presidential debate showdown in Denver on Wednesday, but there is one man who will not be participating in the prime-time television debate: libertarian candidate Gary Johnson. That decision has angered some Gary Johnson supporters so much that at least two of the original sponsors of the 2012 presidential debates have decided to pull their support.

Philips Electronics and the women’s organization YWCA have dropped their sponsorship, after they got flooded with letters from Gary Johnson supporters and the watchdog groups Open Debates and Help the Comission. According to US News, the non-profit which runs the presidential debates, the Commission on Presidential Debates, relies heavily on sponsors, so the decision by Philips Electronics and YWCA is likely to make a real impact.

In it announcement of its withdrawal of support, Philips wrote that it is concerned the commission’s work “may appear to support bi-partisan” instead of “non-partisan” politics. That comes as a major victory to Johnson supporters and Open Debate, who have been protesting the debates for months.

The commission had originally stated that Johnson could be included in the debates, but he ultimately failed to garner the 15 percent support of the national electorate in order to be featured. Although Johnson filed a lawsuit over being excluded, he still does not have enough support to meet the commission’s criteria. Since the commission was created in 1987, only at the 1992 debate, when Ross Perot appeared alongside George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton, has a third-party candidate appeared on stage at a debate.

The Gary Johnson campaign is not expected to make in-roads in its legal challenge to being excluded, so libertarian supporters may seek to pressure more sponsors to boycott and pull their support as a way to express their disapproval with the debate commission.

3 out of 10 sponsors of the debates have already pulled out their funding. The paradigm shift is happening. People are waking up. They realize this election is a fraud. There is a real chance that Gary Johnson and the libertarians could win big in this election, and the media is terrified that the general populace will find out. Voting for one candidate to prevent another from winning is a terrible strategy and will only end in tragedy.

Will you be a part of the movement which forever changes the political landscape for the better? Or will you be part of the tired old broken tradition of voting for the lesser of two evils? Will you vote for more of the same under a different banner, or will you be brave enough to make a difference? The future is up to you, one by one, we will make a difference.

You are the problem, we are the solution

The support for Gary Johnson is growing. Even before Mitt Romney was officially nominated at the GOP convention, it was obvious to those not paying attention to the mainstream media, that Mitt Romney was going to lose the November election. Most liberty minded people, and many young voters, simply are not willing to vote for ‘the lesser of two evils’.

Here is a quote from ‘the real tea party’ facebook page:

Interesting……We keep hearing “Libertarians and Paul supporters are going to get Obama re-elected, just vote Romney.” Hey, there is a choice guys how about…….

“YOU JUST VOTE JOHNSON, you Romney supporters are going to get Obama re-elected.”

When Mitt Romney loses the election next month, the people who will complain the loudest will have only themselves to blame.

Even the most uneducated politicians know that you need to excite the youth to turn around a vote. Most of the older people are set in their ways. Do you really think the young people are excited to vote for Mitt Romney or Barack Obama? Do you really think we see a future for ourselves in either of these two sell-outs?

When all else fails, blame the Paulbots

WASHINGTON, Septemer 30, 2012 — Suddenly, Ron Paul’s supporters are relevant.

You remember Ron Paul — that old Republican guy who ran for president. His non-interventionist foreign policy ideas were considered kooky during the Republican debates but have since landed him interviews on Fox.

He is the guy who barely cracked 10 percent in the primaries but managed to attract tens of thousands of people, from all walks of life, to his rallies during the primary season. People lined up to hear Paul speak about free-market economics and Constitutional government.

Yet his lively supporters were dismissed as “Paulbots” and “Paultards.”

But if breitbart.com, glennbeck.com, and others are correct, the Republican nominee, Mitt Romney, may have difficulty defeating Barack Obama if the Paulbots don’t fall in line and vote for Mitt.

Various commentators are pleading with the Paulians (and other libertarian and Constitutionally minded voters) not to split the vote and give Obama four more years.

I believe all voters should cast their vote for whomever they wish. But isn’t it curious that after being ignored by the media and abused by the GOP, the Paulians now are being courted (or harangued) because the GOP needs their support.

Based on comments on the Daily Paul, most Paulians won’t be swayed. They see the recent haranguing as evidence that, no matter what they do, Ron Paul and his supporters will be used as scapegoats if Mitt Romney — the man who has spent millions running for president for the last six years — manages to lose the election to a wholly incompetent incumbent.

One wonders: If Romney is the ideal moderate candidate who can attract hordes of independents to the GOP, why does he need the fringe Paulian/libertarian vote in order to win the presidency?

Until now, the media have ignored these “liberty” voters, presumably because they are a minority in the country. But now we discover that they are numerous enough to swing the election by sitting it out or voting third party.

If this is true, why hasn’t Romney vigorously tried to attract these voters?

If Romney loves the Constitution, as the Breitbart article suggests, why hasn’t he spoken against the detention provisions in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA)? Those provisions allow for American citizens to be detained indefinitely without trial, even on American soil.

The NDAA was approved by President Obama and the Congress. It harks back to the pre-Magna Carta era, circa 1215, when King John of England could throw anybody into a dungeon forever. The provisions have been denounced by civil libertarians, so why doesn’t Romney urge Congress to repeal them immediately?

The Paulians also want to end the corporate and banking bailouts. They want the Federal Reserve to be audited next year, as a first step, and eventually to be ended, so that its directors can no longer manipulate interest rates and devalue our currency by printing too much money.

Ron Paul’s “Audit the Fed” bill recently passed the House and is awaiting a vote in the Senate. Why doesn’t Romney publicly urge Sen. Harry Reid to allow a vote on the bill?

The Paulians want the TSA grope-fest at our nation’s airports stopped, and replaced by sensible security measures. They want the multi-trillion-dollar wars waged for the American Empire to be ended, and our Constitutional Republic to be restored posthaste.

I know Obama doesn’t espouse these views. When will Mitt Romney?

My husband and I, formerly unaffiliated voters, registered Republican, attended our precinct caucus, and voted for Ron Paul. We hung around to become delegates. We attended our county convention. My husband attended the district and state conventions in the spring, where he and other delegates voted in a slate (about half Paulian) to attend the national convention in Tampa in August.

An especially sore point for anyone who spent untold hours becoming a delegate was the GOP’s purge of many duly-elected Paul delegates in the weeks before the national convention. They disqualified them for various reasons, but mainly so they wouldn’t be so numerous as to cause a ruckus at the convention, or God forbid, try to nominate Ron Paul for president.

In Tampa, the Maine delegates walked out at one point because the GOP refused to seat half of Paul’s delegates from Maine. The state’s governor, a Romney supporter, boycotted the convention to express solidarity with the unseated delegates.

So Romney hasn’t exactly been “a uniter.”

Many Paulians remain in the GOP at various levels, working to inject into the party the principles of civil liberties, free markets, sound money, and a just foreign policy. They have taken over the state GOP in Iowa, Minnesota and Nevada, states where Ron Paul won the lion’s share of the delegates to the national convention.

These Paul-inspired activists are energetic, philosophically consistent and mostly young.

If they succeed in reshaping the GOP into Ron Paul’s image in the years to come, they will have paid the dismissive GOP leaders — and the pundits — a most deserved comeuppance.

During the primaries, there was one man who stood out, who could truly save the republic, and yet he and his followers, constitutionalists all, were shunned. Now that Mitt Romney is the nominee, all of a sudden, those who did the shunning, want our support.

Sorry, but our integrity and our principles are more important than that.

If you choose evil, you will get evil.

We will be the future, the two party system is the past.

Freedom will prevail.

Gary Johnson already has 10% of the vote in Ohio, a crucial swing state. If you want to change the republic, if you want to turn this country around, then defend it by voting for principles. If you choose ‘the lesser of two evils’, don’t go blaming those of us who are ahead of the curve and leading the way of being the cause of all the problems. We have already advanced passed the left vs right paradigm, and we see the corruption and the state of things for what they are. The libertarians, the independents, the fiscal conservatives, the anti-war liberals, all of us were prepared to vote for Ron Paul under the republican banner, but we were shunned. The special interests are as strong on the right as they are on the left. This country will not be saved by another Obama term or a Romney term. It will be saved from the inside out by individuals like you and me.

The republic will be saved by individual groups such as the Tea Parties, the libertarian groups, and all the people who are fed up with the broken two party system. County by county, state by state, we will fix this country, we will reject the corruption, we will restore this nation.

We are the future. Come join us.

The beating drums of war

The drums of war are beating to a fever pitch and all hell is about to break loose. I have been reporting my findings for months now, and it seems the time is about to come. Unless enough people wake up and say “no! ” War is a racket, but it seems that we are intent on throwing more young men onto the bayonets of others, so that a select few can benefit.

Why would we allow our current leaders to throw us into such a deadly fight? From the left you have Hillary Clinton who admits that the US created Al-Qaeda, and from the right you have Mitt Romney who talks of letting off dirty bombs in Chicago.

We have a large naval exercise going on in the gulf right now while our president meets with the Israeli prime minister, while his army performs a snap military exercise in the Golan heights.

And we now have a senior Chinese general ordering its military to prepare for war with Japan.

This all the while our economy and currency is collapsing.

Our economy is losing more and more freedom, while we have more and more military buildup at home. The department of homeland security continues to order more and more rounds of ammunition.

If Israel attacks Iran, it will retaliate and shut down the Straight of Hormuz, which would make the price of oil skyrocket, and make gasoline in the US go up to around $10 a gallon on average. Our stock market will crash, and there will be civil unrest at home.

A worse case scenario (barring all out nuclear war) would be if the Chinese attack the Japanese, and decide to take out all our military bases in and around Asia, since we would need to back up the Japanese militarily.

If Iran is provoked into war, there is a high probability of them being able to take out all of our bases in the middle east. Especially with their Russian missile batteries.

Russia could attack multiple European bases if it felt threatened, and by this point, we would have no more show of force in the world. Almost all of our overseas bases would be wiped out, and since our military is so stretched out across the globe, it would take years for us to recover.

All this would come after a complete economic collapse which would include all the major countries dumping the US dollar.

Between the currency collapse and the decimation of our military, this country would be left dead in the water.

The scary part is, that there are rumors today of a dollar dumping, and the military exercises currently going on could well be a prelude to all out attacks.

All this coupled with cyber attacks and mis-information from the media can lead up to only one thing; the beating drums of war will get what they want, and all out carnage will ensue.

I pray that we do not allow this to happen. Tell your friends, tell your neighbors, do your own research. Lets see if we can’t use the power of the internet to stop this madness in its tracks!

The Drum
“Mr. Scott”
[John Scott][1]
The Cambridge Intelligencer (August 3, 1793)[2]

I hate that drum’s discordant sound,
Parading round, and round, and round:
To thoughtless youth it pleasure yields,
And lures from cities and from fields,
To sell their liberty for charms
Of tawdry lace and glitt’ring arms;
And when Ambition’s voice commands,
To fight and fall in foreign lands.

I hate that drum’s discordant sound,
Parading round, and round, and round:
To me it talks of ravaged plains,
And burning towns and ruin’d swains,
And mangled limbs, and dying groans,
And widow’s tears, and orphans moans,
And all that Misery’s hand bestows,
To fill a catalogue of woes.

World War III looms

It appears that World War III is fast approaching.

I’ve already written about how a WWIII scenario might play out.

There are many reasons why WWIII may be imminent; including tensions throughout the world, and multiple countries constant saber rattling.

We now have tensions between Japan and China over an island dispute. There is now a real threat of conflict between these two nations. Our own defense secretary has said that a threat of war now exists.

There are reports of food shortages and oil shortages throughout the globe.

Our countries freedoms have been stripped away through bills such as the patriot act and NDAA, and the country is split and divided.

We are seeing massive blowback in the middle east from our failed foreign policies. Which is little wonder when so many innocent people are being killed on a daily basis.

There are uprisings all over the middle east, and Syria is currently in turmoil.

The dollar is on the decline, and our government on both sides of the isle show no signs of slowing down the rate of debt.

There is a huge buildup of forces in the gulf, tensions continue to grow, and Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netenyahu is hell bent on starting a war with Iran.

When you look at all the facts, from the imminent collapse of the dollar, the wars in the middle east and the internal rift at home, there are only two options left to move forward from. We can either completely withdraw our forces from the middle east and fix our policies at home, or we can commit to a full scale war in the middle east, which could lead to a global war; a war which even if nuclear missiles are not used, we might not win.

The Russians have  a new missile that would wreak havoc on our ships and decimate our naval strength if used against us in the middle east. Iran owns thousands of these missiles, and is prepared to use them in retaliation against us if we attack them.

But why would we want to attack this peaceful country? Iran has not initiated a war in over 200 years. Why do we see the need to bomb them? Especially when there are no proven nuclear weapons there.

Isn’t Israel more of a threat to peace in the middle east? After all, they are the only Middle-Eastern country which possess nuclear weapons, and they routinely threaten their neighbors.

Should we go along with Benjamin Netanyahu’s demands and attack Iran? This same man who has for years threatened that Iran was only years/months away from a bomb, without ever having proof. And was quoted in 2002 as saying; “Once we squeeze all we can out of the United States, it can dry up and blow away.”

Why do we listen to Israel in the first place? All of these Muslim Brotherhood uprisings are caused from our interference in foreign countries affairs.

The claim that the Muslims hate Christians is completely unfounded. If it were true, then why doesn’t Al-Qaeda attack other christian nations? Why have they never attacked a country in South America; which is almost all Catholic?

Why does Israel always get positive coverage in the media, while we are led to believe all Muslims are evil? Is it because as Ariel Sharon once said “we, the Jewish people control America, and the Americans know it”?

I believe that the extremist Zionists are far more of a threat to this world than the Muslim extremists. From what I have researched and found out, the Muslims only want to be left alone in peace, whereas the Zionists appear to crave world domination.

This country is entering a debt spiral and the best candidate to go up against our ‘Muslim Marxist’ president is an Israeli sponsored vulture capitalist with an abysmal record on governing and job creation, and doesn’t appear to be much different. The two parties act like gangs, and are more interested in bashing each other than getting anything done. Each party also seems to whitewash its own principles.

How much hope do we have left when supposed independents such as Glenn Beck tear down constitutional candidates such as Ron Paul and Gary Johnson, while backing up war mongers such as Rick Santorum and draft dodging Mitt Romney?

This country and indeed the world, has never faced so many difference crisis in such a small amount of time before, and it appears that all most people can do is either sit back and ignore it, or call for blood.

The only way to get out of this mess and to avoid a war is to have the courage to stand up as individuals and speak out, to research the subjects which frighten us, to question boldly, to disagree with the status quo, and to share our findings.

I agree with Mike Rivero:

“The battle for the renewal of freedom in this country will not be won with battering rams, bullhorns, and bullets, but will be won to the sound of keyboards, the with bloggers and observers making logical, intelligent, peaceful assessments as to what is happening, and how things can be changed without firing a single shot.”

We must forge a new path if we are to avoid this catastrophe, we can no longer accept the solutions of the past.

The freedom of mankind is won through acts of individual heroism and wisdom. We must stand up for principles not only to save this country, but to become a beacon of hope for the world.

Isn’t it time we advanced ourselves past these stupid wars and look toward the stars once more? Or should we just ‘nuke’ other countries into oblivion and all die a horrible death?

I suppose the biggest and most important question right now is; what are you doing to safegaurd the future of your country, your freedom, and of the world? Are you prepared to do what is necessary to protect our home and humanity?

Why we fight

I have nothing to gain from these posts except a chance at a future.

There are periods in history where the individual must stand up and fight, or perish with the collective. We are currently living in such a time.

I do not relish the idea of pounding out an article each day. Well; not every day. There are days, as in recently that I’d rather just wake up, take a shower, make a pot of coffee, cook breakfast and take the dog for a walk, and not think about anything but the fresh morning smell and the sun rising.

The reason I study politics and philosophy is because politics affects my life whether I like it or not, and philosophy is the key to unlocking the potential to change the status quo and deal with life in general.

In a political sense, I do not fall into the left/right paradigm. It makes no sense to me, and I only take part in it when there is advancement to be gained toward liberty and economic freedom.

With the current presidential contenders from the democrats and republicans there is a dead heat. They are both as bad as each other. I don’t buy the idea that Barack Obama is an undercover Marxist Muslim here to drive the country back into the stone age. Equally I wouldn’t call Mitt Romney a great businessman, or our lord and savior. At best, these two clowns are puppets who will do whatever their financial backers tell them to. Almost all of those in power have been bought and paid for, and it does not matter if they are all Marxists in disguise or if they are fascists only interested in a quick buck. They are all bad, and they need to go.

I’m not interested in term limits, because there are good congressmen out there such as Ron Paul who have served well for over two decades. Term limits would only give the wrong-doers a tighter time frame to commit their evil acts.

Our problems are far deeper than ‘the economy’, ‘benefits’, ‘medicare/medicaid’ and all the other ‘issues’ that have been trumped up by the past administrations and played like a pied piper for all of us to debate about fruitlessly and endlessly.

The United States has the most advanced document that enshrines human freedom ever conceived by human intelligence. The protection of this document and the enforcement of it by its citizens is paramount to the survival of this country and to the world.

Before the US constitution there was the Magna Carta, a document which was signed in my very own home town of Canterbury, England. For me; freedom and the ability to say and do as you please runs deep.

If we do not restrict the power of government from both sides of the US political isle soon, we will lose the ability to do so entirely.

For my generation, it really is liberty or death. We are not much interested in all the other ‘issues’. On our current path; which is nearing hyperinflation; we know that the economy will fail. We can deal with that, we can rebuild that. But if we lose freedom now, we will never again see it in our lifetime. Economies boom and bust, but can be rebuilt. But can a country which has lost its moral compass return to freedom so quickly? I doubt it.

No one in my age group who I have spoken to seriously about politics is going to vote for Romney or Obama. They are all Ron Paul supporters. We will all be voting for Gary Johnson in this election period, in support of the same ideals. If you are serious about defending liberty, and providing a chance at a future for my generation, I suggest you do the same.

It does not matter if we win the election or not. Mitt Romney is not going to beat Barack Obama. Romney is too stiff, too out of touch, and his rejection of the young and grassroots movements has already cost him the election.

Can we survive another four years of Obama? That is uncertain. Can we afford not to make a difference in this election? No. We must make a difference. The more people vote libertarian, the bigger the message will be to Washington to change its ways. Who knows, we might even win.

Freedom is not won overnight. It takes many battles, many of which will be lost, but over time the message will spread and the war will be won. But it is up to the individuals to stand up and make a difference. And that is why we fight.
