Obama is the weakest president in US history

While our imperial leader attempts to gather as much power for himself here at home, he now looks as weak as Neville Chamberlain did in the 1930’s over seas. It is incredibly frustrating to watch history repeat itself.

This is what happens when you have a leader who does everything he can to consolidate power here at home, while ignoring the founding documents the country is based upon. President Obama has weakened the economy, he has weakened the dollar through horrendous debt, he has weakened the military with his budget cuts, and he has weakened our own people’s resolve by giving them free handouts, of money we don’t even have.

Instead of using the Budapest memorandum, and sending troops into northern Ukraine to balance out power in the region, and to serve as a stern warning to Russia’s Putin, instead President Obama talks to Russia’s president for 90 minutes, complaining that the ex KGB Colonel doesn’t have the right to invade the Ukraine, all the while wearing his ‘mom jeans’.

President Obama, instead of mobilizing our forces in the region and sending a strong signal to Russia to back down, instead dispatches John Kerry to Kiev, who claims ‘the US stands with the Ukraine’. But in what way? How do we ‘stand’ with the Ukraine? The only thing Russia recognizes is force. Instead we have just now given the Ukraine a billion dollars. A billion dollars we don’t have, for a country that doesn’t have anything to use it on, except to appease Vladimir Putin.

All of the Republican’s fears during the 2008 elections have now come into light. Barack Obama is a weak president, who doesn’t understand international affairs. He doesn’t understand the economy, he doesn’t understand how to cut taxes to allow businesses to create jobs, the only thing he understands is socialist community organizing. But then, what should we expect from a man raised by communists?

The only thing stopping Russia from invading the rest of the Ukraine is John Kerry being in Kiev. Russia, and Vladimir Putin, for all their faults, dare not kill an American, especially a high ranking official like Kerry. This is why we should send troops into the region. Even a couple of small companies would do. The Russians would not dare start a wider war with the US.

Instead, our inept president dithers, and offers money and promises, instead of physical force, which is much needed. All of this just goes to show how hollow this president is. He is truly the emperor with no clothes. A communist community organizer who knows nothing of how the world really works. His policies spell the death for the western way of life. We can only hope to hold on now until a real president is elected again.

Foreign policy

This morning a friend and I were discussing foreign policy. We were talking about the situation in the Ukraine, Russia’s aggression, and the history of the cold war. My friend went into detail about America’s roll in the world in the 20th Century, and I discussed England’s role, particularly in the 19th century. We both agreed that having an English speaking nation patrolling the seas, was essential to protecting free trade, and ensuring our liberties here at home.

We discussed what we would do if either of us was president, instead of our current befuddling fool in the White House. His was more of an aggressive plan, threatening Putin, while mine was more diplomatic. If I were the president, I would use the 1994 Budapest Memorandum to send US Troops into the Northern part of the Ukraine, with a statement that the troops will be put there to ensure a peaceful transition of power while the interim government goes about holding fair elections.

Many would view this as escalating the situation and provoking a third world war. Yes, it would escalate the situation, but it would stop Russia in its tracks. In fact, it may even prevent a third world war, because it would stop Russia from gobbling up sovereign nations, and consolidating more power for itself. Remember that Nazi Germany gobbled up neighboring territories in the late 1930’s, and then became unstoppable when it invaded Poland.

History is repeating itself, as it always does. Sometimes you have to meet aggression with aggression. Now I’m not saying we should go bomb Russia, or attack its troops or assets in the region. I’m simply saying we should put troops on the ground, in accordance with the existing treaty, and then figure out a peaceful deal with Russia to ensure a smooth transition of power in the Ukraine.

It is my understanding that much of the Crimea is actually of Russian decent, and consider themselves Russian before Ukrainian. That’s fine, if they want to hold a referendum and rejoin Russia, that should be put on the table. The northern part of the Ukraine could then hold a referendum to install a pro western leader, and then join the EU. In this instance, both sides win, and both sides save face.

Now, if we don’t do anything, Russia will attack the Ukraine, our president will look like the idiot he actually is, and Russia will aggressively expand her territory, while we sit on our hands, with the most powerful military in the world, looking pathetic and weak, when we could easily stop the aggression, without even a shot being fired.

Now, I know my libertarian friends will be furious that I would even suggest all this, but, we are the worlds foremost superpower, and we are a constitutional republic. We ensure free trade in the world, we are the check against Communist China, and aggressive nations like Russia. While I agree we should not go out of our way to meddle in other countries affairs, when we have treaties, we should enforce them. It’s a very fine line. We should promote and protect counties which want democracies and free trade.

That is my take on the situation. Unfortunately, I fear we will do nothing in this instance, and Russia will grow in power, while we sit around and do nothing but unnecessarily lose influence in the world.

What would you do if you were in power?

Forging my own path

From the time I first began paying attention to politics, my path has varied, as everyone’s has. As a teenager my thoughts were more liberal and indeed socialist in nature, as you would expect of anyone brought up in a socialist country. Almost as soon as I moved to the US, my thoughts became more conservative. My actual voting record to date is purely conservative and libertarian. I have yet to vote for a single liberal.

During the 2012 primaries, right after I became a citizen, I was excited about Ron Paul and his message of peace and prosperity. My thoughts became very libertarian in nature. After my bitter disappointment with the GOP convention that year I became almost anarchist in my thought process, and back toward libertarianism in 2013. Recently I find myself more conservative again, as I do not always agree on the libertarian mindset. I am anti drug, and anti gay marriage, but understand where the drug war has failed, and where government should stay out of peoples bedrooms. I am pro peace, but understand that a strong English speaking nation patrolling the high seas has maintained the very prosperity we have enjoyed over the last few centuries.

It’s interesting to think about all the people you encounter on a daily bases, those who you work with, a family you marry in to, people you meet at gatherings and conventions. Just about everyone I have ever met has had some impact on my life and my thought process. That is not to say that I am easily swayed, far from it, but I am a big thinker, and I like to run down several avenues before I draw my conclusions.

Essentially I have always been pro freedom, I hate the idea of being told what to do, by anybody or any entity. I hated school for that reason, but I love to learn.

I have been very lucky in the people I have met. My wife is the most important person I have met, and her father, who inspired me to read philosophical and mythological works by people such as Joseph Campbell and Friedrich Nietzsche. I have met trustees of the Township I work in, I have met influential people such as Libertarian girl, and YouTube celebrities such as Supadupaflygirl. I have met members of the world stunt association, members of the Wild West Society, independent movie directors, and many others from all walks of life.

The life that my wife and I have forged for ourselves is already so unique. We cast off the acceptable shackles of society and cast off into the great unknown.

As for politics, and indeed anything in life, you must speak up, you must say something, you must do something. Even if you might be wrong at first. We learn by making mistakes. I have gotten in so many arguments, even with good friends on this site, because of apposing viewpoints, but every time I learn something. I learn how to argue better, to argue smarter. I learn that the way I phrase things might be off. I learn to sharpen my viewpoints, to make more sense of them. It is better to be considered a fool for a moment, than to stay quiet and be a fool for your whole life.

As I continue to forge my path, I continue to learn, I continue to pay attention to the world around me, and to others who cross my path. My path is like no other. I came to a thick forest, and began hacking at the branches, learning as I went. Now, already my path is long, it has curves in it, and it is interesting. I continue to push on, deeper and deeper, discovering more and more of life’s treasures along the way.

forging 2

The freedom movement in this country is growing, and I am growing with it. This week the Tea Party turned five years old, and last year saw the rise of the libertarian movement. Conservatives are growing smarter, are growing wiser, and even liberals are starting to question their leaders actions. The world is waking up, and people are starting to walk off the beaten track.

What is your path, and where are you taking it?

Obama is the joke of the world

As the Russian military prepares a full scale invasion of the Ukraine, President Barack Obama issues a weak response to the occupation of the Crimea by Vladimir Putin’s forces.

Barack Obama’s polls are down at home, our economy is going sour, and there are many signs that it is about to crash. His healthcare bill is a complete disaster, our debt is at astronomical new highs, and he continues to spread more money for failed social programs while publicly announcing cuts to our military.

obama joke 2

All this comes on top of scandal after sandal by his administration; Benghazi, fast and furious, the NSA spying on everyone, the IRS auditing conservative competitors. Mr Obama is no longer the darling of the left, nor of the world, who were practically at his feet when he took office.

Even in Germany where he was loved as a senator before his election, there are now graphics depicting him as the Stasi.

obama joke 1

Vladimir Putin, who is a cold calculating ex KGB operative, has now ponced on this weakness, and is preparing to retake what he sees as his in the Ukraine. The world is watching as our weak and foolish president sits back and does nothing, except issue empty rhetoric; symbolic of his entire term as president.

What a shame for this country that the first black president of the United States will be remembered not for the content of his character, but for the color of his skin. He has proved himself once and for all to be completely incompetent, and he has seriously weakened our nation, both at home and abroad.

While Russia’s Putin calculates war in the Ukraine, President Obama and Vice President Biden jog around the white house, while Michelle Obama gets ready to star in a sitcom. These people are so far removed from reality it is astounding.

I pray for the people in the Ukraine, and for the stability here at home over the coming weeks. Barack Obama is surely the joke of the world.
