I will not fight

Violence is not the answer. War is a racket; it is always started by deception, and there are always special interest groups who profit, while the blood of innocents is spilled.

If you want a war, go start it on your own. Don’t call for a war and then expect the youth (and hope) of the nation to go and die for it.

I will have nothing to do with the next war, I refuse to give my life for a senseless cause, so that others may profit from my plight.

I call on the non aggression principle. I will not attack unless I am personally attacked. I will vehemently pose my opinions and express my views, but I will not attack others.

It takes more courage to be peaceful in times of outrage, than to be barbaric and lash out.

There are many intricate webs of lies floating around to do with our government, our officials and their intentions. There are conspiracy theories, pressure groups and special interests lining the halls of congress.

If you want a revolution, if you want to retake this country, rebuild it, make it more free, you cannot do it through violence. You cannot beat the US Army as it currently stands. You cannot take out certain government officials, there is too much security through the hundreds of different government agencies. But what you can do, using the non aggression principle is make alliances, make friends, spread your viewpoints, agree with other people, get them to see your points of view, build relationship bridges based on freedom. Remember that an army does not fight unless it believes in the cause for which it is fighting. As it stands right now, many security and army forces in the US do not believe in Barack Obama or his policies.

You should continue to point out Obama’s mistakes, but perhaps you should look at your own party and your own weaknesses also. The democrats as they stand today base everything on some kind of welfare; which overtaxes and overwhelms the entire system. By contrast the republicans as they stand today base everything on some kind of warfare; which overtaxes and overwhelms the entire system. Welfare and warfare are extremely expensive and neither are sustainable. Welfare rots away society from the inside, and warfare rots it away from the outside. Our actions overseas make us weaker and actually creates more terrorist cells which will do harm against us. We are not a popular nation right now; precisely because of our overbearing and ugly foreign policy.

If you want to fight the system; do it non-violently; use civil disobedience. You can stop working so much and give up your luxuries if you don’t want to be looted. You could go galt or you could find loopholes and find more tax write offs. Do whatever you can to undermine the looters complex, but do not get into fights with the ignorant, or the protectors of the ignorant. Peace is a better alternative. The longer we sustain peace, the longer we have to teach those who do not know yet how to think for themselves. The seeds that you sow today will bloom later down the road when they are needed.

Peace leads to more trade, more designs, more prosperity and a better future. War only leads to ruin.

I will not fight. I will continue to educate those who are unaware for as long as I can until the fight comes to me, only then will I pick up arms, and only in self defense as a last resort.

The beating drums of war

The drums of war are beating to a fever pitch and all hell is about to break loose. I have been reporting my findings for months now, and it seems the time is about to come. Unless enough people wake up and say “no! ” War is a racket, but it seems that we are intent on throwing more young men onto the bayonets of others, so that a select few can benefit.

Why would we allow our current leaders to throw us into such a deadly fight? From the left you have Hillary Clinton who admits that the US created Al-Qaeda, and from the right you have Mitt Romney who talks of letting off dirty bombs in Chicago.

We have a large naval exercise going on in the gulf right now while our president meets with the Israeli prime minister, while his army performs a snap military exercise in the Golan heights.

And we now have a senior Chinese general ordering its military to prepare for war with Japan.

This all the while our economy and currency is collapsing.

Our economy is losing more and more freedom, while we have more and more military buildup at home. The department of homeland security continues to order more and more rounds of ammunition.

If Israel attacks Iran, it will retaliate and shut down the Straight of Hormuz, which would make the price of oil skyrocket, and make gasoline in the US go up to around $10 a gallon on average. Our stock market will crash, and there will be civil unrest at home.

A worse case scenario (barring all out nuclear war) would be if the Chinese attack the Japanese, and decide to take out all our military bases in and around Asia, since we would need to back up the Japanese militarily.

If Iran is provoked into war, there is a high probability of them being able to take out all of our bases in the middle east. Especially with their Russian missile batteries.

Russia could attack multiple European bases if it felt threatened, and by this point, we would have no more show of force in the world. Almost all of our overseas bases would be wiped out, and since our military is so stretched out across the globe, it would take years for us to recover.

All this would come after a complete economic collapse which would include all the major countries dumping the US dollar.

Between the currency collapse and the decimation of our military, this country would be left dead in the water.

The scary part is, that there are rumors today of a dollar dumping, and the military exercises currently going on could well be a prelude to all out attacks.

All this coupled with cyber attacks and mis-information from the media can lead up to only one thing; the beating drums of war will get what they want, and all out carnage will ensue.

I pray that we do not allow this to happen. Tell your friends, tell your neighbors, do your own research. Lets see if we can’t use the power of the internet to stop this madness in its tracks!

The Drum
“Mr. Scott”
[John Scott][1]
The Cambridge Intelligencer (August 3, 1793)[2]

I hate that drum’s discordant sound,
Parading round, and round, and round:
To thoughtless youth it pleasure yields,
And lures from cities and from fields,
To sell their liberty for charms
Of tawdry lace and glitt’ring arms;
And when Ambition’s voice commands,
To fight and fall in foreign lands.

I hate that drum’s discordant sound,
Parading round, and round, and round:
To me it talks of ravaged plains,
And burning towns and ruin’d swains,
And mangled limbs, and dying groans,
And widow’s tears, and orphans moans,
And all that Misery’s hand bestows,
To fill a catalogue of woes.

Libertarians light the way

There were two things to be taken away from the Republican National Convention in Tampa this week.

One is that the Republican leadership is completely corrupt and does not support the base whatsoever.

The second is that we now live in a police state.

My generation has grown up during the Bush and Obama administrations, and cannot tell the difference between them. We cannot tell the difference between Obama and Romney, and we see through the political spin and pandering. They are all part of the same corrupt bipartisan establishment.

The way we see it; our parents and grandparents generations have lost their way, they believe the lesser of two evils is the way to go.

It has become apparent that only we can forge the future, and that if we don’t, the country will only fall ever deeper into a collective police state abyss.

We understand the free market system as much as the conservatives, and perhaps more so, because we know that our foreign policy is deeply flawed and that the more we trade with other nations instead of bomb them, and the more we cut taxes across the board, the bigger the economy will grow. Libertarians are not liberals, libertarians are capitalists, and believe in fiscal responsibility.

Lady liberty shines her light on the libertarian party. Only 12% of colonists fought the British during the war of independence. The liberty movement is growing, and with shameful acts of aggression from Romney’s people during the republican caucuses, we are now emboldened further in our cause to return liberty to this nation.

We must light the way, because all other policies and parties have failed. Darkness covers the land, and we must become the shining beacon in the night.

If the Tea Parties are successful in electing Romney to president, they will have become the very thing they swore to defeat only a couple of years ago.

In order to win, the libertarians must act like Jedi from Star Wars and use logic and non-violence to expose the shortcomings of both democratic and republican parties. With the DHS stocking up on over a billion rounds of hollow point ammunition, we simply cannot afford to start bloodshed.

People like ‘The Minister of Truth’ are the future of this nation. Here is a black man who is not only railing against Obama, but all the shenanigans of the republican party. ‘TMOT’ understands what true liberty is. I am honored to have found such a person out there in the world. TMOT shows that there is no greater weapon on earth than the human soul on fire.

We libertarians have many prominent voices out there. Ron Paul was our rallying call, and Gary Johnson is now our choice for president. There are many leaders and voices for liberty across the world wide web and in our communities. No matter what the republican establishment tries to tamp out dissent, it will only back fire on them.

We are the future of this country, we are the republicans if they will have us, and if not we’ll do it by ourselves. We have drawn a line in the sand, as the founding fathers did, and we have the constitution and another 200 years of economics and studies of governments and liberties behind us to embolden our views. We will rebuild this country, whether we get started this election or not. Libertarians light the way.

Criminals in Tampa

Did you know that Mitt Romney is a criminal?

Mitt Romney accepted financing for his campaign from Israelis during his trip to Israel. As you all know; accepting contributions from foreigners is illegal and is a felony.

Supreme Court Retains Ban on Foreign Campaign Donations

Do we really want to elect a felon to the presidency?

Ron Paul’s record is clean and pristine. He has served in the military. He has upheld the constitution at every turn. He has never raised taxes. Ron Paul is the only clear choice to restore peace, freedom, and sanity to this great nation.

Good luck to all the Ron Paul patriots in Tampa, our hearts are with you as you move to save the republic!

Give me liberty or give me death!

Military Police and Drones

When asked the question ‘how on earth could you do that?’ is asked. Their answers are all the same; ‘I was just doing my job’ or ‘I’ve got bills to pay’. They were just doing their ‘duty’. The problem with collectivism, is that it is so rampant, and so widespread, that it affects everyone’s lives. It is easy to hide behind, and is the cause of millions of deaths and suffering in the world.

Portrait of a Drone Killer: ‘I Have a Duty, and I Execute My Duty’

One wonders if drone pilot Col. D. Scott Brenton listens to Louis Armstrong in the suburban Air National Guard Base in Syracuse from which he murders people 7,000 miles away.

“I see mothers with children, I see fathers with children, I see fathers with mothers, I see kids playing soccer,” Brenton tells the New York Times. Drone operators see their intended targets “wake up in the morning, do their work, go to sleep at night,” explains Dave, another high-tech murderer who killed from an office cockpit at Nevada’s Creech Air Force Base and who now trains new recruits to the cyber-killer corps at New Mexico’s Holloman Air Force Base.

When instructed to kill someone he has stalked from the air for a prolonged period, “I feel no emotional attachment to the enemy,” Brenton insists. I have a duty, and I execute my duty.” When the deed is done, he points out, nobody “in my immediate environment is aware of anything that has occurred.”

“There was a good reason for killing the people that I did, and I go through it in my head over and over and over,” insists another drone operator named Will, who — like Dave — served a deskbound “combat” tour at Creech and now trains others to do likewise at Holloman Air Base.

Like the soldier Bates in Henry V, it’s sufficient for Will — and others of his ilk — to render obedience to their Leader, confident that “if his cause be wrong, our obedience to the king wipes the crime of it out of us.” The more concise and notorious formula, of course, is: We are only obeying orders. Besides, drone operators (who insist on being called “combat pilots”) are carrying out an indispensable function by picking off Afghan “militants” — or at least those “suspected” of such tendencies — who unreasonably resent the presence of foreign military personnel in their country.

The New York Times profile is part of a campaign by the state-aligned media to “humanize” the state functionaries who murder by remote control — and to normalize this mode of mass murder as drones become part of the domestic apparatus of surveillance, regimentation, and repression. Readers are invited to share the anguish of these conflicted people, who for reasons of duty have to do terrible but necessary things.

In her book Eichmann in Jerusalem, Hannah Arendt offered a glimpse into the mindset of SS personnel who were given a somewhat similar assignment. To carry out their killing errand, she explained, something had to be done “to overcome not so much their conscience as the animal pity by which all normal men are affected in the presence of physical suffering.”

“The trick used by Himmler … was very simple and probably very effective; it consisted in turning these instincts around, as it were, in directing them toward the self,” Arendt recounted. “So that instead of saying: What horrible things I did to people!, the murderers would be able to say: What horrible things I had to watch in the pursuance of my duties, how heavily the task weighed upon my shoulders!”

Not everybody attached to the Regime’s Cyber-Killing Corps is haunted by the horrors he has inflicted on defenseless people halfway around the world. In a 2009 U.S. Naval Academy lecture, Dr. P.W. Singer of the Brookings Institution made reference to what he called “predator porn” — footage of drone attacks proudly circulated by the people who committed those acts. In a typical offering, Dr. Singer relates, “A Hellfire missile drops, goes in, and hits the target, followed by an explosion and bodies tossed into the air.” Singer described one clip of that kind, sent to him by a joystick-wielding assassin, that “was set to music, the pop song ‘I Just Want to Fly’ by the band Sugar Ray.”

“It’s like a videogame,” one deskbound drone jockey told Singer. “It can get a little bloodthirsty. But it’s f****g cool.”

Singer describes asking a drone pilot “what it was like to fight insurgents in Iraq while based in Nevada. He said, ‘You are going to war for 12 hours, shooting weapons at targets, directing kills on enemy combatants, and then you get in the car and you drive home. And within 20 minutes, you’re sitting at the dinner table talking to your kids about their homework.” Meanwhile, somewhere in Iraq (or Afghanistan, Pakistan, Libya, Somalia, Yemen, or another country yet to be identified), other families are desperately looking through the rubble of their own homes in search of survivors.

Although drone strikes occur daily, most Americans pay little heed to them — beyond occasionally taking inconsolable offense when a dissident publicly describes them as acts of murder, and insults the Dear Leader by daring to compare him to less prolific killers.

This may change soon: As the Times points out, the Pentagon — driven by “a near insatiable demand for drones” — is training hundreds of operators to join the corps of more than 1,300 currently stationed at more than a dozen bases across the country. Surveillance drones operated by domestic police agencies are already plying the skies above us. Those robot aircraft can be upgraded to airborne weapons platforms, and they soon will. The people being trained to feel “no emotional attachment” to foreigners designated enemies of the state will feel no particular burden when ordered to kill fellow Americans on that list. I’m sure that the “combat pilots” who murdered U.S. citizen Anwar al-Awlaki and his 16-year-old son Abdulrahman would testify to that fact — that is, if the “heroes” who committed those acts were man enough to acknowledge their deeds in public.

Evil men and their puppets are able to hide behind technology now, but it is harder for the police ‘on the street’. The evidence of militarized build up of police forces is now rampant. The problems arise when innocent people get shot by cops who cross the line, like the events in Anaheim a few days ago.

The people who protest against police brutality and the militarization of police forces are heroes. Now how exactly is this young man threatening anyone?

‘Tempers continued to flare in Anaheim on Sunday afternoon as a group of about 250 protesters stood directly in front of the Police Department, the latest demonstration the city has seen after two fatal police shootings last weekend. Heavily armed and militarized forces were patrolling the streets and nine people were arrested including this man.’

Why is it, in a civilized nation, that we need the police force to become militarized? Is it because we are heading straight toward total anarchy? Or a total police state? I would say we already have a police state. There are security cameras being put up at new intersections all over the country. The police have become militarized, and the TSA has become an ever increasing parasite, including not only airports now, but bus services, and road checkpoints. This country truly is becoming the spitting image of Nazi Germany of the 1930’s.

When you hear news pundits talk about the ‘greatness of America’ and of patriotism and ‘serving your nation’. They are talking of serving the state, for the sake of the state, and not for the responsibility of liberty. Freedom comes at a cost, but not in wars over seas. We have lost more freedoms since our armed forces have been in Iraq and Afghanistan, than any other point in our nation’s history.

Take a look around you, what do you see? Is this still the home of the brave and the land of the free? Or do you notice the 450 million rounds of ammunition going to homeland security, an agency that didn’t exist a few years ago. And do you see all the horrible constitution denying documents that are being passed by congress?

Nazi Germany came about slowly over the course of a decade, in a similar way to this country over this previous decade.

What is your definition of patriotism? Do you support and defend the Constitution and your own individual liberties, or do you support the nation state and the collective?

At what point should the police and military stop taking horrific orders? Will they stop at the sight of Americans themselves being killed? Or is their training so ingrained that they will go along with whatever their masters tell them to?

And what will you do? How far will you go? Will you stand up and stop this from happening? Or will you go along with the nation, for the greatness of the nation state?

As Yoda said in star wars; “you must unlearn, what you have learned”
