Since writing this over two years ago, I have learned a lot about foreign policy. It seems that Russian propaganda has been spread far and wide throughout our own media. The US is not the aggressor I was regrettably led to believe. Indeed, in the last few months, the actions from the Russians have proven that they are indeed the aggressors, particularly after annexing the Crimea. When the US and Ally’s invaded Iraq and Afghanistan, they did not colonize or annex them. Russian aggression and propaganda needs to be watched carefully over the coming weeks and months, particularly with the tumble of the ruble. – Paul Townsend 12/18/14
Bringing the troops home, and engaging in peace talks would be far better for our relationships with other countries, than a build up of arms in the world.
After the end of the cold war, Russia began to withdraw its troops from its satellite countries, and relative peace was found around the world.
Since 9/11, the US has been on a murderous rampage across the middle east, and has created a missile defense shield in Europe.
In response to this, and to the volatility of our markets, our ignorance of debt, and our continuing violence in the middle-east. Russia has responded by deploying their troops to former soviet bases in strategic points on the globe.
This is a checkmate against the expansion of US forces in the world. To be honest, I cannot blame them for being cautious. Many people including myself, are highly suspicious of the current leaders in this country. Their actions toward our citizens, and nationals of other countries is extremely questionable.
I am praying that Ron Paul wins at the RNC later this month, and puts an end to the madness. Mitt Romney has already stated his intentions to bomb Iran, and called Russia ‘our number one geo-political foe’, this does not bode well for us. And we already know what four years of Obama has done for us.
The current issues of the day, go far beyond the elections, and even our freedoms, because as a superpower, our actions affect the entire world.
When asked the question ‘how on earth could you do that?’ is asked. Their answers are all the same; ‘I was just doing my job’ or ‘I’ve got bills to pay’. They were just doing their ‘duty’. The problem with collectivism, is that it is so rampant, and so widespread, that it affects everyone’s lives. It is easy to hide behind, and is the cause of millions of deaths and suffering in the world.
Evil men and their puppets are able to hide behind technology now, but it is harder for the police ‘on the street’. The evidence of militarized build up of police forces is now rampant. The problems arise when innocent people get shot by cops who cross the line, like the events in Anaheim a few days ago.
The people who protest against police brutality and the militarization of police forces are heroes. Now how exactly is this young man threatening anyone?
Why is it, in a civilized nation, that we need the police force to become militarized? Is it because we are heading straight toward total anarchy? Or a total police state? I would say we already have a police state. There are security cameras being put up at new intersections all over the country. The police have become militarized, and the TSA has become an ever increasing parasite, including not only airports now, but bus services, and road checkpoints. This country truly is becoming the spitting image of Nazi Germany of the 1930’s.
When you hear news pundits talk about the ‘greatness of America’ and of patriotism and ‘serving your nation’. They are talking of serving the state, for the sake of the state, and not for the responsibility of liberty. Freedom comes at a cost, but not in wars over seas. We have lost more freedoms since our armed forces have been in Iraq and Afghanistan, than any other point in our nation’s history.
Take a look around you, what do you see? Is this still the home of the brave and the land of the free? Or do you notice the 450 million rounds of ammunition going to homeland security, an agency that didn’t exist a few years ago. And do you see all the horrible constitution denying documents that are being passed by congress?
Nazi Germany came about slowly over the course of a decade, in a similar way to this country over this previous decade.
What is your definition of patriotism? Do you support and defend the Constitution and your own individual liberties, or do you support the nation state and the collective?
At what point should the police and military stop taking horrific orders? Will they stop at the sight of Americans themselves being killed? Or is their training so ingrained that they will go along with whatever their masters tell them to?
And what will you do? How far will you go? Will you stand up and stop this from happening? Or will you go along with the nation, for the greatness of the nation state?
As Yoda said in star wars; “you must unlearn, what you have learned”
I’ve been back in the US for three weeks now, which is almost twice as long as my trip to England, and yet I can’t help but draw comparisons and get annoyed at how far this country has slipped from ‘the land of the free’. When I first came here I felt that it was more open than England and had more opportunities. Indeed when my wife and I got married we decided to stay in the US because of this very reason. The house prices and cost of living in England far outweighed that of the US. On our trip I was astounded to learn that prices had remained reasonable in the UK and yet here food prices have all but doubled in the few years I have been here.
The thought of moving back is there, but I still love this country despite all its faults, and I’ve already sunk my roots in. To me it does not really matter where I live and I have discovered that I am not particularly loyal to any one country. What I am loyal to though is an idea. That Idea is freedom and self liberty, the ability to do what you want and to make what you want of yourself. That is why you see me supporting Ron Paul and trashing the establishment. This ‘establishment’ has grown like a fungus on the statue of what used to be a great idea of liberty. Lately all you see is the basic shape with the moss growing all over it. I’m sorry that it looks ugly as I strip away sections of it, but truth is truth, and I will show it to the world for all that it is, the good, bad, ugly and the upsetting truths about where we are and what we have done.
One of my old work friends said it best when he said that he’s from ‘the party of leave me the hell alone’. He was for all intents and purposes a conservative and voted so. And yet he did not care that his neighbors were gay. He said that so long as they were not intimate in front of him that it didn’t particularly bother him. ‘What you do in your house is none of my business’ he would say, and that ‘if they could find a preacher who was willing to do the service, I don’t care if they get married either’. This coming from a guy born in deep eastern Kentucky, really has a lot to say about freedom and not being prejudice. He embodies all the great things about the appellation culture. Recently I went to a firing range with him and he let me try out some of his rifles.
As you can see that is another sport I enjoy here that I cannot do in the UK. Though in the UK you are treated like an adult everywhere you go, and can even drink in public places including on trains. Unfortunately here we now have ‘sobriety checkpoints’ which awfully represent the checkpoints of Nazi Germany during its heyday.
So it does not matter where you live, so long as you stand up for what is right, and make the most out of life for yourself and the ones that you care about.
As for me, I’ll stay here as long as I can. I’ll defend liberty in any way I can, and teach others who are willing to listen. Eventually a time will come to either fight or to shrug. I suggest you read Atlas Shrugged so that you can point out the looters on both sides of the political spectrum. There is a virtue in selfishness and you should always take care of yourself first. Never allow yourself to become a victim of ‘the system’ and never tie your own chains.
The quality of life is whatever we make it, so make it a good one, and ask yourself the question ‘what is freedom?’
It is with great sadness that I write this. The USA is no longer a free country. Any illusions that you may have that this is the symbol of hope and freedom in the world are false. It is a sad day indeed when you feel more free in the old world than you do in ‘the land of the free’.
When I walked through the immigration line upon entering the country; what I saw reminded me about what I had learned about Nazi Germany during the late 1930’s in the buildup to the second world war. As you walk through the cattle lines toward the immigration officers, you are made to feel like a prisoner, like you did something wrong for traveling abroad. When the stony faced immigration officer calls out ‘next!’ resembling that of a Nazi officer, he very bluntly asks you why you traveled outside of the country, as if it is a sin to do so. After he stamps your passport, as if you are visiting the country instead of returning home, you walk through customs, where the looters have a chance to go through your bags and personal belongings. After all, how dare you bring back anything of value without paying taxes on it. Once you make it through customs, you drop your bag off for your connecting flight, and are then sheep-herded over to the Nazi SS in blue uniforms under the guise of being called the TSA. The bright blue dressed morons then march you single file, like the prisoner you are, through the cancer giving x-ray machine, in a complete violation of the constitution and your basic human rights and self dignity. If you have any metal of any kind on you, you will then receive a liberty stripping pat down. By the time I had gone through the X-ray machine and watched my wife do the same, only to have her head and hair felt by the rubber gloves because of her berets, my blood was boiling. My arms were crossed, and I bit my lip as I trembled with anger, while it took everything in me to not cause a scene. I very promptly picked up my bag, my jacket, put my shoes back on, and helped my wife retrieve her personal belongings. We then made our way to our departure gate in silence as my anger at all the fat, stupid, lazy people that call themselves Americans allowed themselves to be herded like sheep without any recollection of what the founding fathers had gone through to give them freedom, which has now been completely and utterly stripped away.
I was glad that our connection flight took a while, it took me a very long time to calm down. Had my wife not been traveling with me, I would have refused the body scanner, and gotten myself into trouble the same way Rand Paul did earlier in the year. But, it being the last leg of our vacation, I did not want to spoil it for her.
This is no longer a free country, the sad realization I had after calming down from the Nazi TSA pat downs, was that it was not only at the airports that the blue dressed morons now operate at. They are beginning to set up checkpoints just like Communist Russia did in its heyday. They are now infiltrating public transportation, and busing. And what’s worse is that its not only the TSA, or homeland security, which oversees all departments, going against the checks and balances of the constitution. It’s the police force. ‘To serve and protect’ does not register in your mind when you see cars being pulled over left and right on a daily basis for silly little infractions. It is not much comfort to know that the USA has a larger prison population than any other country on earth. It is not much comfort to know that many of these prisoners are there because of non-crimes. Why should you go to jail when you have not harmed anyone else?
This really is the United States of Soviet America, and if you think otherwise; you are sadly mistaken. This country certainly needs new leadership, but it will not come in the form of Mitt Romney.
We do not need another Barack Obama or George W Bush. We need a George Washington. We need a man who will stand up and defend the Constitution. Better yet, we need men, women and children to learn and understand the Constitution, and to realize just how many liberties have been stripped away from us, and are willing to put their principles first.
It’s 3am UK time. I am wide awake. It seems that my body clock has been spun completely off-center. It’s funny, I always used to sleep fairly well on my return trips to England when living here, but now that I am more of a visitor than a resident, my body can’t seem to adjust, at least not yet anyway.
Today Brooke and I will be heading up to London on the train to see The Phantom of the Opera. There are three things that I wanted to do with Brooke on her first visit to the UK, which I didn’t get a chance to do last time. One was to eat at the Punch Tavern, which we did yesterday. The second was to go to a theatre production in London, which we’re doing today. And thirdly to head to Paris for a day or two, which we’re planning on doing next week before we leave.
Whenever I used to travel to the US; I used to compare prices between products and services in the Canterbury area, and in the Cincinnati area. Now, after having lived in the US for 4 1/2 years I find myself doing the same in reverse. What I remembered is the high cost of housing and petrol/gasoline, but what surprised me was the day to day cost of food, clothes and various home products. I remember thinking how cheap everything was in the US when I used to visit, but lately it seems that everything is so expensive. It is true, many items have gone up in price in the US, inflation it seems, is far higher than you’ll hear about in the media.
I can see now why both the UK and US governments behave the way that they do when it comes toward oil and gasoline/petrol. The UK has made it practice to restrict its citizens usage of the resource since it needs to import more of it. Whereas the US economy is built off cheap oil, and the US government builds its blunderous foreign policy off retaining its dominance on the purchase of cheap oil. Of course, both governments are wrong in their policies, since there are alternative energy resources readily and cheaply available. But it does explain why prices and inflation are higher than ever, and why energy prices are so high.
I was amazed at the cost of a meal at the Punch Tavern; £5.79 for a meal with a pint of beer. That’s amazing! Brooke and I would easily drop $40 – $50 for the same meal each back home, and yet my dad only paid about £22 for himself, my mum, Brooke and I.
On recollection. There really isn’t a ‘better place’ to live in the world, your home is where you make it, and what you enjoy out of it. Sure, there are better places, and I enjoy the 28C/86F warm sunny weather back home in Cincinnati compared to the 9C/50F cloudy drizzly weather in Canterbury right now. But the walk that Brooke and I took yesterday evening along the back woods where I used to jog as a teenager were so quite and so peaceful. The wooded areas were full of bluebells, something that I’ve wanted to show Brooke since I first met her. And the fields were quiet and rolling. There wasn’t a sound in the air, except a few rumbles of cars in the distance and the chirp of birds in the air.
I think life is meant to be lived, and it doesn’t matter where you are, nor too much what you’re doing. But how you’re doing it, what you’re doing it for, and whether you’re enjoying it or not. Life really is too short. I grew up in this country, I’ve lived here 4/5 of my life, and yet I feel more like a stranger now than anything, even though I am used to the customs and find myself easily able to blend in and get around.
I’ve grown up a lot since I left England. America is the land of opportunity, though not all Americans, perhaps even the majority don’t use the opportunity. I think England has as many opportunities as America, but perhaps not in the same context. You can get a good education in England far cheaper than in the states, but to buy a place to live here in Canterbury you’d need to be practically a millionaire, whereas in Cincinnati they’ll pretty much give you any mortgage you want, and you can buy a house for not much more than a car in certain places.
I feel bigger now than when I left England, bigger in mind body and soul. I left the old country with many ideas, expectations and dreams. I have achieved many of them, and am proud of myself for doing them. I owe all my successes in life to my wife and my parents, without their support, I doubt I would have achieved half of them. It makes me very happy to be spending the next week and a half with all of them in the place where I grew up. I shall make the most of this, and enjoy eating my favorite meals and seeing old sights, friends and family.
Now to try and grab a couple extra hours sleep, so that I don’t feel like a zombie while walking around London!
Each day, I research different stories from a variety of sources. As I’ve stated before, I do not pay much attention to the mainstream media, as it is all agenda driven garbage. One of the independent sources that I follow is WhatReallyHappened.com . Mike Rivero does an excellent job of finding stories from many different news organizations and blogs, and displays links to them daily on his website.
Today he wrote about an uncomfortable truth about Nazi Germany, Israel, the USA and Iran, and what they all have, or do not have in common:
Yesterday I updated my website and put my URL to good use. You can now go directly to my main site at www.abundanttruth.com which has links to different news sources, and also this blog.
Finding honest and independent news articles and blogs is a treasure in a time of deceit. I hope you find my articles interesting and thought provoking. I try to vary the subjects, and keep things fresh. My main theme throughout all my articles is to find the truth, and to encourage independent thought and support liberty throughout. Remember that independence and freedom starts from within, so always keep an open mind, and go out there and find the truth.
Since writing this I have learned of other groups which are at play. I wrote this during the ‘Ron Paul Revolution’ and the Libertarian phase I was going through. Since then President Obama and his Communist sympathizers have done much to pacify our nation. Russian aggression against its neighbors, the annexation of the Crimea, and the rise of ISIS in the Middle East, have a great cause for concern. Question everything with boldness. – Paul Townsend 12/18/14
We have been told by many of those on the right that it is the Muslim radicals that we should fear. And yet, it is the Zionists who are in control of our nation.
High Ranking members of our government are Zionists:
Rahm Emanuel:
Henry Kissinger:
Joe Biden:
Even our preselected leaders are all Zionists:
Bill Clinton:
George Bush:
President Obama:
Our candidates for president:
Newt Gingrich
Mitt Romney:
John McCain:
Every aspect of American life is currently dominated by the Zionists. They control the banks, the politicians, Hollywood and the media. We are led to believe that Israel is a source of good in the world, and that anyone who opposes the state is evil. We are encouraged to fight amongst ourselves for ‘democrats’ or ‘republicans’, even though they are two faces on the same head. All our current ‘issues’ are simply daily distractions to keep us too busy arguing instead of finding out the truth.
Every time someone tries to exploit the Zionists, they are ridiculed by the Zionist controlled media and labeled an ‘anti Semite’:
Even Glenn Beck is a Zionist, which would explain why he is so protective of Israel and why he consistently discredits Ron Paul, even though he has all the perfect credentials to become a constitutional president.
This video shows exactly how the Israeli Zionists hate Ron Paul:
After all; how could they ever allow such a patriotic American to hold the office of the president when they are so close to WWIII and world domination?
The sun was beginning to set behind the clouds in the distance to the east of the old school building in south east England. The last glimmer of light shined off the science room windows. A young lad around the age of 19 swept up the last remnants of the discarded bits of paper, charcoal and dust from the day’s classroom experiments. Upon rounding the the door to scoop up the last of the day’s debris and dump it in the nearest trash can, a science teacher named George flicked the light on in the tea room and almost bumped into the young lad. “Oh! Hello Paul, I didn’t see you there”. “Hi George” Paul replied, smiling. “Would you like a cup of tea?” George asked. “Sure, replied Paul “Have you decided which country you want to move to yet?” George then replied “I think I’m going to move to New Zealand”. “Wow, New Zealand is a beautiful place, but why not Canada or the USA?” Paul asked. “Well..” replied George “…I’ve lived in Canada before, and it’s an awful lot of paperwork just to get over there, I’ve lived in so many different places now, it would take months just to get all the paperwork sorted out”. “But what about the US?” asked Paul. “Well, don’t get me wrong, I love the US, but their visa’s are hard to get, and I wouldn’t be making as much as I am here. Plus I always get a sense that people live in fear in the US”. Perplexed, Paul asked “why’s that?” Having been on numerous trips to the US over the last couple of years, Paul was beginning to become quite an expert on all things USA related. George then replied “Well, they’re always worried about something…the commies are gonna get you, the terrorists are gonna get you. There’s always a boogie man around every corner for them, and they take it way too seriously. I wouldn’t want to live in that environment. Plus I’ve visited there before, and New Zealand will be a fresh start for me”. Paul mused over this interesting new information “hmm, that’s interesting, I suppose you’ve got a point. I’ll keep that in mind. Anyway, I hope you enjoy your new start in New Zealand”. “Thanks” replied George, “I hope you get to move out there and live with your girlfriend in America soon”. Paul finished up his cup of tea and bagged up the trash. He then walked town the hallway, down the stairs and out into the cool late evening air. The sun had set, and the street lights had come on. Paul mused over this information as he walked back to the main school building to clock out for the day. It had been a long work week, and he now had enough money saved up for his next trip back to the states, where he would end up proposing to his long time girlfriend.
Five years later, that young man is now a US citizen, and has experienced many changes to this country since he started living here. I have witnessed the election of Barack Obama, the rise of the Tea Parties, the Glenn Beck Program, the Occupy Wall Street crowds, and all the bias news from the various different media outlets. And now, on reflection, I can say that the US does live in fear. Fear of its economy, fear of other nations, fear of Muslims, of things we don’t know. So many Americas, while being very proud of their nation, its history, and their personal liberties, do not understand the world around them, and are very afraid of what they do not know. I suppose I can’t blame them, the world is a very large and complicated place, and there are bad people out there who will take the chance if they have it to kill you. But those people are few and far between. Most people want to live in peace and live happy lives with their families. The idea of bombing another nation, imposing sanctions, and driving them into the ground, because we are afraid of what they might do is ludicrous.
I recently had a debate with one of my friends on here about Glenn Beck, Mitt Romney, Iran and Ron Paul. Many people think it is naive to leave Iran alone. Where as I agree with Ron Paul that we should make peace with them. That is not to say that we should trust them entirely. But at least resume trading and doing business with them. How can you call this country a free democratic republic when we dictate toward other countries? Iran has posed no threat to us. Sure some of their leaders have spewed rhetoric about Big Satan and Little Satan, in reference to the US and Israel. But to them, with the way that our countries have acted toward them over the last few decades, I can see where they would get that idea. But are we also forgetting that many of our leaders have mentioned turning Iran into glass?
I do not fear a great evil from the middle eastern countries. As master Yoda once said; “Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering. Fear is the path of the dark side.” This mythological term used in Star Wars plays true in reality and in today’s society. Our actions in the middle east and other parts in the world, are beginning to mirror that of empires past, and we are beginning to become a totalitarian society, ruled over by shadowy figures, and left to grind about our daily lives in fear of what might be, instead of living in freedom. Safety and freedom do not go hand in hand. Is this not the land of the free and the home of the brave? Lately I’ve seen many who now live in the land of the debt slaves and and home of the fearful.
Personally I live by the Jedi code:
There is no emotion, there is peace.
There is no ignorance, there is knowledge.
There is no passion, there is serenity.
There is no chaos, there is harmony.
There is no death, there is the Force.
If it comes to an actual attack on us by another nation, we will respond to it. But preemptive military strikes, mirror that of the Nazis resolve during 1939. If you want a war with Iran, I suggest you go sign up at your local recruitment office and go make your fight in the desert. I want nothing to do with it. I have my own firearms. I’ll only ever use them if I am personally attacked in my own home, or if somehow another military power comes marching down my street. That is the whole point of an armed citizenry; to defend and protect, not to attack and dominate.
Could you really blame Iran if they did acquire a nuclear weapon? They know that if they acquire nukes, that we will leave them alone. The more we provoke them, the more likely they are to acquire them.
And why is it that US politicians speak so highly of Israel, even though Israels leaders use the tactics of fear to control their population?
Is it not Israel that should be feared in the middle east? They and they alone have the power to wipe out the entire middle east. Is it not dangerous to let them continue this way? Or should we be equal in allowing every country to do what it wants?
Why is it that we continue to vote for the lesser of two evils when it comes to politicians and issues? Why is our media so obsessed with talking points instead of investigative journalism? For all those who are preaching ‘anybody but Obama’, I would question you; ‘were you not upset with the Bush administration’s patriot act and Guantanamo Bay?’. You forget that Obama only came about because of the disastrous Bush policies. Neither party right now has our best interests in mind.
It appears that both the US and Israel use the tactics of fear to control the masses. The media is highly controlled and bias, and uses slanted news headlines to help promote lame candidates and to encourage us to vote for the lesser of two evils during elections.
Do you really think that we can survive another decade or two of bad presidents and policies? The days of Ross Perot were a long time ago, and how much has our country improved since?
So where do you stand? Will you vote for another lame candidate who will do nothing to better your freedom? Or will you vote for a candidate who will reverse the trend?
I decided to start this blog, in order to get things off my mind, and to help turn the switch on in others. I’ve spent the last 7 years living and thinking outside of the box, and it has led me to where I am today.
I know that I am starting to talk more and more about politics, and the reason is no more than my need of government to step out of the way of the people.
My home country, the one I was born in, has slowly crept up and strangled the life out of its people. It went from the largest empire in history, off the back of lazier-fair capitalism, free thinking and inventions, to a socialist snake pit.
I want to live in a world where people are free to think and live in the way that they desire.
When I first came to America, I saw that in people, I saw that they could make their dreams a reality. I saw the big cars, the tall buildings, the wacky ice cream shops, the fully finished basements, the custom designed swimming pools, and everything in between. I thought I had landed in paradise. Thinking back on it, I had. But at my young age, I did not realize that this dream was slowly being strangled.
We are all created equal, but we do not start off in the same place. For some it is easier than others. But what is, or should always be equal, is the chance for the individual to struggle, and if his head and his heart are in the right place, eventually, with determination, that he succeed.
Laws are supposed to be put in place so that the playing field is leveled, so that those with less can struggle, learn, and prosper their way to the top. Those who are already at the top, can learn, and use their knowledge to maintain their status. If they do not act wisely, they should always be allowed to fail, no matter how big or how wealthy. Those in the middle should be allowed to struggle, make a decent living, invent and produce their way to the top. Or, if they do not educate themselves, they should be allowed to fail also. That is capitalism backed by fair laws, that level the playing field, not laws that redistribute wealth. This is the most fair system in history. It does not give way to demi gods.
If the United States government was not so corrupt to the point that it is strangling itself and its people, I would not be blogging right now, and doing my best to warn others to wake up.
I actually hate politics. I’d rather be sitting on a beach right now with my wife, or taking her out to the movies. Sure we still do all those things, but it would be far easier to work, come home, and play video games without a care in the world. Right now I cannot sit still, I cannot play video games for more than a few minutes without the urge to write, without the urge to research. I have to dig deeper, to fall further down the rabbit hole.
Any why? Why? I hear you ask. Because:
I want my children to grow up in a world of opportunities, not a life of servitude, I want them to be able to struggle toward prosperity, not strain under the hardships of totalitarian rules.
I want to be able to buy and operate a skycar I want to be able to live a long life, well beyond the years my ancestors lived. I want to grow knowledge in my mind, teach others and help this world become a better place.
I want to live my life to the fullest, not just now in this moment, but in my future as well. Life is not a race against the clock, it is a marathon, and I want to enjoy each mile. When you know there are pitfalls ahead, do you stamp the accelerator, or shift gears and prepare for the dissent? A controlled dissent and then a roaring charge back up the hill again, is better than flying out into the middle, crashing, buckling the wheels, and spending extra time fixing the damage.
So it is my responsibility to help restore this country, and provide the shining beacon of hope in the world. Sometimes you don’t choose your destiny, it chooses you. Sometimes you find yourself waiting for someone to do something, then you realize you’re the only one who will.
I’ll stand for freedom, because its the one thing that is always worth standing for.
If we are to prosper as a nation and as a world, we need to live in freedom, with fair laws that keep real criminals at bay. If we are to advance technology to enrich our lives, we must first see and realize the quality of our lives, not allow the government to steer us like cattle, and use our technology against us.
I’m not particularly interested in helping my fellow man, he can help himself. But what I will do is ensure that he is able to help himself, and not held back by bureaucracy. It is bureaucracy that led to the dark ages, and held people back for centuries, and it is bureaucracy that will again lead back to that, if we do not stand up and defend our individual liberties.
I am not on some holy mission to prove a point. I am simply standing up against would be tyrants. I am standing up because I know that if enough people stand up, make their voice heard, do enough research, learn the truth in the world, that we can prevent tyranny and oppression.
That might sound really spooky un-realistic, but just look at the world around us right now, and some of the rhetoric that is going on between presidential candidates.
So if you like reading this blog, good, I am glad, I will continue to write for as long as I can, while the thoughts flow through my mind, while I am still ‘allowed to’ and I will do my best to expose the truth, and help teach what I have learned, to help the world grow and prosper.
Capitalism, liberty, free thinking, rule of law and inventions, these are amongst the greatest ideals of our time, and should always be upheld, it is how the world moves forward.
I hope enough people wake up and make a difference before it is too late.
Throughout history, civilizations have risen and fallen. Many people have lived in slavery, and few in freedom. Even in the modern world, many live under a totalitarian regime, and many under the oppression of communism and dictatorships.
In 1215 a group of Englishmen banded together and created the magna carta, a charter of common laws which provides for the basic rights of man.
The settlers of the origional 13 colonies lived by the comman laws of England, and when they began to feel oppressed by the monarchy of England, they decided to seperate from the motherland, and create a new country.
After the war of independence, the Constitution and bill of rights were written.
These documents have provided the gateway for the most free country in the history of the world.
This document must be protected to ensure the freedom of man.
Ronald Reagan once said that America is the last shining beacon of hope in the world. I believe this to be true, no matter how dark the days may be becoming.
