The tale of two cult personalities

This is a short tale of two cult personalities who once represented both the liberal and conservative disenfranchised.

The first is Glenn Beck

Glenn Beck led the pack during the opening days of the Obama administration. He exposed those behind the scenes and led us down a rabbit hole of conspiracies and corruption.

Glenn was supposed to be a conservative. Now that there is finally a candidate that wants to do everything he’s wanted and supported for years, he rails against him.

Now it seems that Glenn has turned on the remainder of his core audience in a last ditch effort to save the establishment controlled government. He’s called himself a conservative, he’s called himself a libertarian. He’s appealed to the alt right type conservatives (that he’s now attacking) for years and tried to paint a rosy picture of biblical type conservatism. And yet at the very end, in reality perhaps he’s just a recovering alcoholic with liberal leaning ideology? Maybe he’s just confused? Maybe he’s been paid all long to put out disinformation?

Glenn’s anti Trump rhetoric leads one to believe that perhaps all he really wants to do preserve the system which has made him rich.

In the end he did expose George Soros in a big way, and that has led many to seek out a leader in Donald Trump. So we should thank Glenn for opening Pandora’s Box. Maybe he is just too scared to see a good leader emerge in Trump. Or maybe he only opened the box to purposefully steer us away from ever electing a good leader so he could profit from the mayhem. Even those closest to him don’t know what to think anymore. Perhaps its a little like the Indiana Jones movies, too much information at once will melt you. Glenn has melted down one too many times and all that’s left is a puddle where he used to lead the lost and disenfranchised in this country. Now they turn to a true leader in Donald Trump. One who will actually turn things around and get things done instead of only ever complaining about them.

The second is Michael Moore

Michael in a way lead the movement to elect Barack Obama. He railed against George Bush for years, decrying the Iraq War and exposing the issues with the healthcare system.

Ironically and somewhat sadly, he now supports Hillary, who voted for the war and supported Obamacare, which has only made healthcare worse and more expensive.

Michael created a documentary called ‘sicko’. Yet supports Barack Obama and his affordable healthcare act, which only makes medical treatment more expensive and less available for the average American.

Michael is supposedly a big supporter of socialism, yet supports a fascist called Hillary Clinton. Remember the collusion of government and big business is fascism.

Michael just doesn’t know what to do now. His world has been turned upside down. He’s supporting the very things he railed against in his documentaries.

Michael’s anti Trump rhetoric only proves that he is lost. Where has he been the last eight years anyway?

In this tale of two cult personalities the moral of the story is that when a system gets shaken down, all those who have profited from it get tossed out. These two cult leaders don’t know what to make of it. All they know and realize is that their time is up, and they don’t like it. You have Glenn who is railing against everything he is supposed to love, and Michael who is voting for all that he is supposed to hate.

Cult leaders come and go. These two have seen their heyday and they know it. Be careful who you follow.

I weep for Mother England

Just a few decades ago England was caught up in the wrath of socialism. Almost everything was nationalized. The coal industry, the gas industry, rail, telecom, you name it, it was all owned and operated by the UK government. Britain was in deep decline, its Empire packing up, its debts soaring, it truly was ‘the sick man of Europe’.

Then came along Margaret Thatcher, who turned socialism on it’s head, privatized the major industries, sold off government owned homes and put Britain back on track toward prosperity. What a decade the 80’s were, and what a decade the 90’s were, riding on the previous decade’s coattails.

Alas, after 11 1/2 years of Thatcher, and 18 years of conservative government, along came the socialists with their ‘New Labour’. House prices soared, gas prices soared, and many, including myself fled in despair.

After 13 years of socialism, Britain was beginning to fail again, and while there is now a coalition government headed by the conservatives, these politicians are weak kneed and not nearly as principled as they need to be. David Cameron, the British Prime Minister has said that he does not have many convictions, and is a ‘liberal conservative’. This is the man that stands against a far greater threat to British sovereignty; the rise of ‘Red Ed’ and his Marxist policies. Ed Milliband, the leader of the Labour party, has pledged to re-nationalize industries, and punish those that make a profit. His ideology stems from his father, who was a preacher of the philosophy of Karl Marx, and who is indeed buried in the same cemetery, only a few feet from his beloved (albeit insanely wrong) prophet.

Whatever’s wrong with modern Britain, the solution isn’t socialism. We tried that and look where it got us

So now we know Ed Miliband’s master plan. He wants to bring back socialism. No great surprise there, then.

Miliband’s late father was one of Britain’s most prominent Marxist ‘intellectuals’. In other words, he was spectacularly wrong on every single major issue.

My old man’s a Marxist,
He wears a Marxist’s hat,
He wears old corduroy trousers,
And he lives in a £2 million flat.

Pity Ralph Miliband isn’t still alive. I’d have loved to hear his views on Labour’s proposed ‘mansion tax’. But clearly some of his discredited ideas have rubbed off on his youngest son.

Whatever’s wrong with modern Britain, the solution isn’t socialism. We tried that and look where it got us.

I’m not talking about the blood-soaked socialism which led to gulags and genocide in Eastern Europe and China. Or the sociopathic socialism which has turned North Korea into a Mad Hatter’s prison camp.

Let’s consider the particularly British brand of socialism, which still has plenty of devoted disciples in the Labour Party, including its weird leader.

The idea that the State could and would provide has been tested to destruction. Rampant socialism turned post-war Britain into a bankrupt basket case.

Nationalisation robbed industry of the incentive to modernise. For decades, Britain turned its back on the free market economics which once made us the richest nation on earth.

Unions exercised a stranglehold on the means of production and distribution. In the name of the ‘workers’, stroppy shop stewards called strikes at the drop of a hat.

Most of the union leaders on parade in Brighton this week salivate at the prospect of turning the clock back to that era of debilitating, daily disruption.

When I was covering British Leyland in the 1970s, there was a grand total of 27 separate strikes across the company on a single day. When the toolmakers went back to work, the delivery drivers walked out. At Longbridge, workers on the night-shift were literally sleeping on the job.

Billions of pounds of public money was poured into subsiding products no one wanted to buy.

I’ve written before about the taxpayer-funded excesses at British Steel. On the day the corporation’s chairman, Mr Pastry-lookalike Sir Charles Villiers, announced a record £1 billion loss, he threw open the doors to the executive dining room and invited Fleet Street’s finest to join him in a sumptuous feast from an all-you-can-eat buffet, groaning with suckling pigs, whole salmon, roast sirloins of beef and vintage claret.

Still, what’s a couple of grand on a jolly-up when the taxpayers are already lumbered with a billion-pound tab?

And what was the upshot of all this largesse at the public’s expense? British Steel and British Leyland both went bust because they couldn’t withstand the chill winds of foreign competition.

Back then, it took six months to get the Post Office to install a telephone in your home. Try telling that to a generation who upgrade their mobiles every five minutes.

If you wanted a cooker, you could buy one only from the nationalised electricity or gas boards and then wait obediently until they could be bothered to hook it up.

Council tenants couldn’t even paint their front doors without permission in triplicate from a gauleiter at the local authority.

Commuters moan about the private rail companies, but if the railways had remained nationalised they’d still be running filthy, dilapidated rolling stock and Bob Crow’s RMT union would be on strike most of the time.

Old Labour presided over a siege economy. At one stage, you weren’t allowed take more than £50 out of the country when you went on holiday. The top rate of tax was 97 per cent, the standard rate 35 per cent. Someone had to pay for all this glorious socialism.

Mrs Thatcher changed all that. The 1997 New Labour government was forced to accept her settlement. But the Left resented Thatcher with a toxic hatred, which came bubbling to the surface when she died.

The hardline socialists didn’t disappear, however. They simply mutated into local government and the institutions.

Those organisations still under the yoke of socialist bureaucracies — such as the NHS and most Town Halls — are notorious for centralised control, waste and almost total lack of accountability.

Whereas once the socialists wanted out of Europe altogether, they now embrace the EU and all its works as a device for imposing their will on an unwilling public. The EU itself is a socialist construct, top-down and anti-democratic.

After the nationalised industries went belly-up, the socialists set about nationalising every aspect of our daily lives, through quangos such as the Health And Safety and Equality Commissions and the ‘human rights’ racket.

The entire ‘diversity’ industry is a socialist front aimed not at eradicating discrimination, but persecuting individuals and criminalising Christianity, which has traditionally been socialism’s sworn enemy.

In the name of ‘equality’, Labour smashed the grammar schools, hobbling social mobility and harming the very people it claimed it was trying to help.

Gordon Brown’s creation of a vast, supplicant state was the imposition of socialism by any other name. He paid for it by letting the banks run riot rather than raising income tax. But the end result was bankruptcy, as it always is under Labour.

Ed Miliband hasn’t yet spelled out his vision of our socialist future, but the policies we know about give us a reasonable idea.

Labour’s answer is a re-run of the tax-and-spend disaster movie which got us into this mess in the first place.

The modern face of socialism manifests itself in the shape of the same old ‘bash the rich’ politics of resentment, a war on wealth creation and a shopping list of generous ‘giveaways’ funded by reckless borrowing and higher taxes.

Ed Miliband’s father could have reminded him of his beloved Karl Marx’s observation that history always repeats itself, ‘first as tragedy, second as farce’.

If Britain falls for Miliband’s socialist farce, it really will be a tragedy.

Marxist Milliband is leading the charge back toward decay in Britain, with his rallying call of ‘yes I’m bringing back socialism’ to his misguided followers.

Master plan: Ed Miliband said his party would tackle unequal pay in Britain as people on the minimum wage are worse off

Ed Miliband today declared he was bringing socialism back to Britain as he unveiled a raft of left-wing policies.

The Labour leader promised to increase wages for the lowest paid, force schools to stay open for longer and monitor how many women appear on TV.

Taking part in an open-air Q&A session in Brighton,Mr Miliband was asked when he would ‘bring back socialism’.

The son of Marxist think Ralph Miliband replied: ‘That’s what we are doing, sir.

‘It is about fighting the battle for economic equality, for social equality and for gender equality too.

‘That is a battle that is not yet won in our country.’

He warned that people on the minimum wage are more than £860-a-year worse off because of the rising cost of living.

The Labour leader unveiled plans to dramatically increase the guaranteed rate of pay to reverse the impact of inflation in the last three years.

Mr Miliband hit out at global banks who make huge profits but claim they cannot afford to pay their cleaners ‘a bit more’

It is no secret that I love my mother country, but I despair at how far she has fallen. Once the most powerful nation on the planet, Britain is now being strangled by bureaucrats, and decay is again setting in. I only hope that the UK has its own Tea Party of sorts in the near future to put itself back on track before it is too late.

Every cloud has a silver lining

It’s true; every cloud does have a silver lining.

I know that many of you reading this right now are sad, upset, furious, concerned, even frightened to death about Obama gaining a second term. I know it feels like the world is coming to an end, and I know that we are seriously heading for a bumpy road ahead. The US has kicked its debt about as far down the road as it possibly can, and now is the time to force congress to pull their thumbs out and actually do something about it. I suggest you get out there and start pressuring your representatives to do something about it, I don’t care if they are republican or democrat, do not let up until they fix it.

What gives me hope is that before Barack Obama was ever elected president, I could never have imagined such a thing as the Tea Party. Before Barack Obama was elected, I had never even heard of Ayn Rand. Before Barack Obama was elected people weren’t talking about individual liberties and deficits in daily conversations, and now it’s all over the place.

Between the Atlas Shrugged movies and the Tea Party movements, between the alternative media channels and the politically aware out there, I know that this country has the potential to have its brightest days ahead of it.

I knew months ago that Barack Obama was going to win a second term, and I said weeks ago that our battles are only just getting started. “This is not the end, this is not the beginning of the end, but this is perhaps the end of the beginning” as Winston Churchill would say.

The Tea Party of 2010 needs to reboot itself and concentrate on local issues once more. Read your constitution, know your rights. The police state, the nanny state, the socialists and the fascists all want you to bend to their collective will. Well to hell with them! We know our rights, and we won’t go without a fight. I will not shuffle off slowly and quietly into the night. Make your stand, let your voice be heard. They don’t control us, they might have won this battle, but we will win this war, and secretly they’re scared to death of us. So shine your individual beacon of liberty where the creepers hide in the shadows, and let not your hearts be troubled. We have a power in us than cannot be stopped.

We will prevail!

Up or down

When you cast your votes tomorrow, you will be voting either up or down. In reality there is no left or right. Society either moves forwards or it moves backwards. Freedoms and liberties expand and go up, or they decrease and go down.

I have told you my personal beliefs many times over the last year, and I have backed up my theories with facts and figures to prove them.

Now the ball is in your court. You must decide.

Do you believe in the rights of individuals to determine their own lives? Or do you believe that the government must act as a nanny state to ensure you’re behaving yourself?

Personally I can’t stand drugs, but I believe everyone has the right to determine what’s best for them. I know that the free market and communities will stop drugs from being used on the streets. The conservative argument that people will be smoking pot on every street corner is as absurd as the liberals argument that if we allow fully automatic weapons to be sold, there will be blood on the streets. It is up to each individual to make up his or her own choice. Or would you prefer the government intervene at every level? Where does it stop? At one trillion dollars spent on the drug war so far, and the highest incarceration rate on the planet, wouldn’t you say that not only has the drug war failed, but that it has made our country far less free?

How do you feel on taxes? At what percentage does taxation become slavery?

How do you feel about the wars overseas? Are they necessary? Is it our job to be the policeman of the world? Do preemptive wars make us just like the Nazi’s of the 1930’s? Or are we justified in the murder of over 1 million people? Can we justify the trillions of dollars we have spent blowing up, destroying and rebuilding cities in the middle east?

Do you believe in free speech? Do you believe in the freedom of the internet? Or would you like censorship of everything you say?

There are many issues to consider, and many ways to look at them. I always look at them through the eyes of the constitution, and I ask myself the question “does this make myself and others free, or does it take away freedom?” Another thing to remember is that just because you don’t like something, doesn’t mean that it should be illegal. It is up to parents to teach their kids well, and it is up to families to reinforce morality. You cannot legalize morality, and when you try to, all you do is monopolize the states power against you, and divert its energy to sinister deeds. Once an issue becomes illegal; corruption flourishes.

To finish I’ll tell you a story I heard a while back, that goes like this:

“While walking down the street one day a Corrupt Senator (that may be redundant) was tragically hit by a car and died.

His soul arrives in heaven and is met by St. Peter at the entrance.

“Welcome to heaven,” says St.. Peter. “Before you settle in, it seems there is a problem. We seldom see a high official around these parts, you see, so we’re not sure what to do with you.”

“No problem, just let

me in,” says the Senator. “Well, I’d like to, but I have orders from the higher ups. What we’ll do is have you spend one day in hell and one in heaven. Then you can choose where to spend eternity.” “Really?, I’ve made up my mind. I want to be in heaven,” says the Senator. “I’m sorry, but we have our rules.”

And with that, St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell.

The doors open and he finds himself in the middle of a green golf course.

In the distance is a clubhouse and standing in front of it are all his friends and other politicians who had worked with him.

Everyone is very happy and in evening dress. They run to greet him, shake his hand, and reminisce about the good times they had while getting rich at the expense of the people.

They played a friendly game of golf and then dine on lobster, caviar and the finest champagne.

Also present is the devil, who really is a very friendly guy who is having a good time dancing and telling jokes.

They are all having such a good time that before the Senator realizes it, it is time to go.

Everyone gives him a hearty farewell and waves while the elevator rises.

The elevator goes up, up, up and the door reopens in heaven where

St. Peter is waiting for him, “Now it’s time to visit heaven…”

So, 24 hours passed with the Senator joining a group of contented souls moving from cloud to cloud, playing the harp and singing. They have a good time and, before he realizes it, the 24 hours have gone by and St. Peter returns.

“Well, then, you’ve spent a day in hell and another in heaven. Now choose your eternity.”

The Senator reflects for a minute, then he answers: “Well, I would never have said it before, I mean heaven has been delightful, but I think I would be better off in hell.”

So St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell…

Now the doors of the elevator open and he’s in the middle of a barren land covered with waste and garbage.

He sees all his friends, dressed in rags, picking up the trash and putting it in black bags as more trash falls to the ground.

The devil comes over to him and puts his arm around his shoulders.

“I don’t understand,” stammers the Senator. “Yesterday I was here and there was a golf course and clubhouse, and we ate lobster and caviar, drank champagne, and danced and had a great time. Now there’s just a wasteland full of garbage and my friends look miserable. What happened?”

The devil smiles at him and says,
“Yesterday we were campaigning,

Today, you voted..”

Now sleep on these thoughts, and in the morning, vote with your conscious, do not vote through fear; there are many seemingly well intentioned people who are trying to monopolize your fear to steer their agenda. Vote with your principles and convictions; remember even the smallest drops have ripple effects.

The Tea Party lives!

The Tuesday 21st August Tea Party event in West Chester went really well.

I hadn’t attended a meeting in a few months due to being busy with side projects, and being split on ideas of government. I was finding out more and more just how corrupt the conservative leaders are, and was even questioning whether elements of the Tea Party had sold out.

However, the evening’s meeting went well, and the subject matter for the event was about blog posts and alternative media. I was given the chance to make a short speech about my blog and why I do it.

During the event we heard from from Peter Bronson, former editorial editor from the Cincinnati Enquirer about how the media has changed and how it effects politics.

After all the speakers were done talking, I got to meet several people and we had a nice chat about libertarianism, and why its important to stand up for the issues, no matter what party you support.

I got to talk to Bob Coogan, who is a libertarian running for Ohio State House in the 52nd district. He and I talked for a while, and agreed on almost everything.

One of the other guy’s I got to talk to said that during the 2008 elections, he felt like he was at a train station and he saw a big red train with ‘republican’ written on it, and a big blue train that had ‘Democrat’ written on it. He said that both trains were running parallel on the track and the only difference was that the D train was running at 100 miles per hour, and the R train was running at 50 miles per hour. His analogy made perfect sense to me, and we talked more on how we need to get the R train to be moving back toward liberty if we are to change things around for the better.

I enjoyed listening to the other speakers, and Peter Bronson certainly has a lot of wisdom accumulated from his days in journalism. Another guy I got to listen to was Chris Littleton. He said that the republicans laid waste to this country during the 2000’s, and that the Obama administration came along and finished the job. I agree with what he said 100%. Our problems lie on both sides of the track, and we really need to clean house in order to set things right again.

It really made me feel good to hear so many people voicing their opinions and standing up for their rights. We really are the new main stream media, so get out there and write!

Don’t be afraid to get involved; libertarians will help steer the ship in grassroots organizations such as the Tea Party’s, since their beliefs in limited and constitutional government are similar to many conservative thought patterns. Libertarians tend to use sound logic and critical thinking and can help the more gun ho conservatives in getting better fiscal and constitutional minded leaders elected.

All in all, I had a great evening, and I saw for myself that the Tea Party is alive and well!

Why I am Libertarian

I believe that the current establishment of left vs right is a racket designed to steal our thoughts away from the truth.

Before Barack Obama came along, we were not talking about progessivism. Before Glenn Beck exposed it, we did not know about it. And why are were we not currently talking about all the ills from George W Bush’s term? Why did the democrats and the ‘left’ put down the wars until President Obama came along, and yet you do not hear about it so much now?

I believe that the left vs right is a stupid game that no-one wins.

I am libertarian because it is the only political course that makes sense. It is the course that the founders of this country took, and it worked well for them. As it will for us, if we return to our values.

What is libertarianism?

Libertarianism is, as the name implies, the belief in liberty. Libertarians strive for a free, peaceful, abundant world where each individual has the maximum opportunity to pursue his or her dreams and to realize his full potential.

The core idea is simply stated, but profound and far-reaching in its implications. Libertarians believe that each person owns his own life and property, and has the right to make his own choices as to how he lives his life – as long as he simply respects the same right of others to do the same.

Another way of saying this is that libertarians believe you should be free to do as you choose with your own life and property, as long as you don’t harm the person and property of others.

Libertarianism is thus the combination of liberty (the freedom to live your life in any peaceful way you choose), responsibility (the prohibition against the use of force against others, except in defense), and tolerance (honoring and respecting the peaceful choices of others).

Liberty is one of the central lessons of world history. Virtually all the progress the human race has enjoyed during the past few centuries is due to the increasing acceptance of free markets, civil liberties, and self-ownership.

Our goal as libertarians is to bring liberty to the world, so that these wonderful and proven ideas can be put into action. This will make our world a far better place for all people.

We hope you will join us in embracing this ideal – and in taking a stand to personally bring about a world of liberty, abundance and peace.

There are many different views on libertarianism. I have attended Tea Parties in my local area, and I agree with all of the small government rhetoric, but I do have my reservations. I believe in small government and individual freedoms. If the tea party leans more toward libertarianism, I’m all for it. If it falls back toward stateism, it becomes a waste of time. The difference between republicans and democrats is a lot like two opposing football teams. They both have plenty of commentary, but their tactics are essentially the same, and their goal is to win. The trophy is almost never in the interests of the people.

Libertarianism is the philosophy of liberty:

Libertarianism should be the goal of both democrats and republicans. To move up toward liberty, rather than down toward stateism and government control. Let us educate the world, so that we might build a future with freedom, rather than destroy the present, so that the future looks bleak.

I am a libertarian because I epitomize liberty. I believe in individual freedom for all mankind, no matter what creed, sexual orientation or beliefs. I don’t care what your habits are, or what you do with your life. If you ruin it, that is your fault, not mine nor the states. I only care if you harm others. If you do not, you should be free to do what you please.

The left vs the right continued

After spending five days off work, the majority of it with my wife, and half of it with my parents, I got to relax and see the world again from outside the box. There is a lot of talk about progessivism on the left, and I do agree that it is a plague upon this nation. It should definitely be combated, put down and discarded. I think the main point of my previous post was to show that we shouldn’t allow ourselves to become heavily involved in ‘the lesser of two evils’ by going along with whatever the established right would like us to do.

I’ve written many times about my respect for Ron Paul, as he is a libertarian and beleives in the consistution, and my disrespect for the other republican candidates because their records are a joke.

I’m not so sure that the world is controlled (at least in the western world) so much as it is heavily manipulated. The mainstream media is wholey owned by a select few, and there are business owners and financiers in strategic places that are really pulling all the strings.

I watched a PBS documentary about the crash of 1929, and the environment for the crash almost directly mirrors that of todays economy. Except that today we are collectively involved in the market through various companies that do our bidding for us. It is important to read both yesterdays post, and Monday’s post to realize that history does repeat itself, and that the world is manipulated to suit the desires of a select few.

I do not doubt the shady nature of the president’s past and I do not doubt that progressivism has taken over in the united states, but I also believe that many on the right are being used also, and I believe that many do not realize it.

We often mistake those on the left for being stupid and naive. I do not think there is anything stupid about making calculated decisions. When the president came to power, gun sales rose. Those who put money in arms manufacturers made money. Whether they were interested in firearms or not. There are those on either side of the political spectrum that profiteer from the boom or bust of an economy.

England is essentially socialist, and throughout the middle of the 20th century, it was plagued so badly it was almost communism. But its capitalist nature did not destruct completely, and it did see a resurgence of strength througout the 1980’s. I beleive there are many who benefit through the collectivist system by manipulating it to their desires to profiteer through it. But they know that an element of capitalism must always survive so that the system does not collapse completely, and there must always be a good enough looking carrot at the end of the stick to keep the general populance over-producing goods, and maintaining their own debt slavery.

The looters and moochers can be found on both sides of the political spectrum, and I see that the conservatives have been poisoned too, though not as much as the liberals. It is less obvious, but corporate welfare on the right is as evil as general welfare on the left.

Why should I have to join and work for a company to receive affordable healthcare? This seems like a bit of a scam, does it not? I always thought it paid to be independant, but it seems that the forces that be want to prevent that from happening, so they can maintain their army of worker bees.

Wont you work harder if you think your job is at risk? If the economy is struggling and there is high unemployment, you will work harder than ever for less and less money just to get by. Many will cling harder to the left and the progressive taxation and benefits system, while others will cling to the right and cry out for more corporate welfare, for tax reductions and less restrictions on companies.

While I generally agree with lower taxes and less restrictions across the board. Why only do it for companies? Why does the individual need to be tied up? Is he not the master of his own destiny? Can he not be trusted? How much power can any one person really have? And if they cannot be trusted, what is to say that a company can? After all, a company is always owned or controlled by one person.

There are so many points to be made, and it is hard to keep track of them. But the main thing you must be aware of, is to stay on the course of liberty and independence. Not just for that of companies, and not for the welfare state and benefits programs. Make sure to vote for libertarian candidates who believe in the Constitution, and who provide a record to prove it. Don’t simply vote along party lines, because the MSM (main stream media) wants you to do that, so that the status quo can be maintained.

I think my main point about the left vs the right, is that the resurgence of liberty is mainly coming from the libertarians, from the middle, from the core of american values. I see that many on the left will not compromise, but that some are beginning to become more libertarian, and they see that the state cannot provide everything. I see many conservatives retaining and fighting for American values, but I also see some of them clinging toward stateism and corporatism. It is these things that I warn about. Work with each other toward liberty and independence from government. It matters not whether you are liberal or conservative, left-wing or right-wing. What matters is that we work together to lift the hands of government out and away from our lives, so that we may prosper once more. I do not care where you come from or what you believe in, if you are working toward liberty, you are a friend of mine.

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. The more we do to help wake others up, the more good we do in the world, the more people will start to wake up and begin to follow those of us leading the charge on the path back toward liberty. The more we make fun of and ridicule others, the more opposition we will generate.

Be careful not to make too much fun of those who are for more government, simply do what you need to do to combat it, and show them the light of day. Make friends with anyone who works toward freedom, do not discredit others because their beliefs are different. If you stand by those who seek liberty and find a mutual agreement in freedom; eventually everything will work out for the better.

Break the status quo and you free the world.

A return to values

Our Societies are made and broken on a system of values. If our values are strong and rooted in a common cause for freedom, we will be strong. If our values are rooted in a common cause for collective salvation, our nation will become weak and perish.

My values of freedom, independence and limited government, mean that my political views do not fall into the category of Conservative or Liberal

My views are strictly libertarian in nature, and I follow the constitution of the United States since it embodies many libertarian values.

Libertarianism is a political philosophy that upholds individual liberty, especially freedom of expression and action.

The largest growth of freedom and industry in history can be traced to laissez-fair capitalism and libertarian systems of government.

Pax Britannica (Latin for “the British Peace”, modelled after Pax Romana) was the period of relative peace in Europe (1815–1914) during which the British Empire controlled most of the key maritime trade routes and enjoyed unchallenged sea power.

Although Great Britain did create the largest Empire in history, it was mostly done through exploration and peaceful trade agreements. Some skirmishes did happen, but the Empire was not constantly at war, and ruled over its territories with very few people, and lax rules. Peace and Prosperity, laissez-faire capitalism and libertarian values allowed the expansion of the British Empire through trade. This was also a period of great industrial growth and led to the industrial revolution.

Many of the current political establishments throughout the world today, seek to divide and conquer us with the game of Left vs. Right or conservative vs. liberal. While many do have more conservative or liberal opinions, I believe the Overton Window has shifted so that we are all now ‘progressives’. If you support a progressive candidate on either the left or the right, you are essentially a progressive by aiding their agenda.

However there is a third option; we can go back to constitutional values, and start voting for candidates who espouse these values.

Do not vote for a progressive on either side, even if this allows ‘the other side’ to win. In reality the only side is your side. The individuals side. If you cannot win, then don’t play. Stick to local issues, and talk to as many people as you can about national issues when there is someone who actually sticks to the constitution.

When I see President Barack Obama, I see the communist values of Joseph Stalin, and when I look at Newt Gingrich or Mitt Romney I see the fascist values of Adolf Hitler. Neither sides stick to what they say, and both have pro-government agendas with the expansion of government interference in our daily lives and the destruction of our personal freedoms.

While capitalism and a free society with libertarian values are important, peace is the third key to prosperity. We must not engage in unnecessary warfare.

We should be peaceful with other countries, and engage in trade. More money and prosperity can be made in peace time than in war time, and more technologies can be invented when there is peace at home to do so to.

There will always be threats to us, and we will confront them, but we cannot continue to create preemptive attacks on other countries simply because we fear them producing a weapon that we already have thousands of ourselves.

We do not have the right to police the world, but we do have a right to protect ourselves, and protect ourselves we shall. We must get back to our roots and become a leader in the world again, a leader for peace and prosperity through freedom, free trade, laissez-faire capitalism and libertarian values. Once we do this, the world will be a better place.

Empires rise and fall, countries rise and fall, and all of this is because the people of the nations allow it to fall to by becoming apathetic. This nation is founded upon the principles of freedom, and thus has the most potential to save itself. A return to values is far more important than any one party, and a return to peace will ensure our survival, and allow our country to thrive once more.
